We drove all the way from west maple street to the shadow lake location to sit on the patio. The weather is so perfect for patio dining and the kids love bww so we thought we were getting the best of both worlds. It was more than disappointing when we were told the patio was closed because they didnt have enough staff on to take them. There are currently 10 tables in the whole restaurant. Our server was so fantastic. She even asked the manager if she could serve us outside but he said no. He had told others it wasnt open already. The atmosphere at bww is perfect for the adults who like good beer and entertaining for the kids. We will still continue to dine at the maple street location near our home but this was the most disappointing experience weve had thus far. This says a lot because bww service is hit or miss. I have to say again though, our server was great and she deserves the kudos! Thanks Cassie for the service!

Went in tonight, Sat 8/26/17, the place wasnt to capacity and we still waited for a table for 15 minutes. After we were seated, we waited 20 minutes for a server to come by, then a half hour later our kids meals arrived. The kids finished eating and we were at 45-55 minutes from our initial order, still no food for my husband and I. We flagged down the manager who said that they were unable to serve people who come into the restaurant to eat because they have too many takeout orders, she also said her staff all phoned in sick. We ended up leaving without our food, they did comp the kids meals as the cheeseburgers were all terribly burned. This place needs to pull it together. If they cant handle takeout and dine-in customers, then they need to axe one, because severely pissing off one group of customers is doing that already. We will never go back to this location.

Every single time we come here we get a snoty young girl that hates to be at their job! We waited for someone to take our order or bring us waters, it took 25 mins and only 4 other tables were already seated. At one time all of us sitting down staring at each other because no server was on the floor at all!!! Poor service. Poor management. Mind you it was 730 in the evening. Terrible place to eat with family on a Sunday night. I wouldnt give this place one star but Google is making me. WE GOT TIRED OF WAITING. WE GOT OUR 16 MONTH OLD READY TO LEAVE. GOT UP CASUALLY AND WALKED OUT.

Went in at 6pm. Server was great. However, it took 35 minutes to get chicken salad. Then when spoke to the manager due to the salad having ingredients we requested it not to have his response was " well that is how the salad comes, people make mistakes." Once we stated the chicken was cold is when he finally took it back. BUT it gets worse! He brought salads back and they had the right chicken on it but was a completely different salad with ingredients not suppose to be in salad. He did not apologize and was rude. Will be awhile before I return!

I would say most times we have been, we usually get mediocre service, but we go back because we like the food. Unfortunately tonight, once we were sat, our server asked what wed like to drink and completely left without taking my husbands order. Then once he came back and I told him his order still needed to be taken, he said " well heres a water for now. Ill be back." Then he went to the next table and asked for their order. He had 2 chances to get it right and still blew it both times. We decided to get up and walk out. That was ridiculous.

The service is horrible! Every time I have gone in the food is never correct. The greeter was rude and I had to wait for my to go order for 45 minutes then it was still wrong. The only reason I even came in was because they had messed up on my order the previous time. The manager did comp my food but its every time we eat there either the service is horrible, food is incorrect, or Ive had to wait forever for a mess up to be fixed. Wont be going back. Ill be eating at Wings and Rings from now on.

They are great at the door. You get sat down and get mean mugged as they walk by without serving you. Not to mention you watching them chatting with others and sitting in booths with other friends or customers. When you finally get served be ready to have your food before they get you a drink. I have had this happen all 4 times I have gone to this bww l, all others are by far superior to this location. Not bashing the food the cooks are great, but service absolutely sucks!

Read in entirety - as this is a good review. Our meal started out very unpleasant when the waiter accused me of trying to purchase kids meals for children that didnt meet their age criteria. I have 2 tall 12 year olds, but they certainly are 12. I usually dont complain, but being called a liar really struck a cord with me. The manager stepped in, waited on us himself. I gave him a tip of $30 for making the situation better for my daughters birthday.

The food was normal quality, however our server, Kristin, had minimal knowledge of the menu. In addition to this she rarely checked on us while we were dining and near the end of our dining experience, she simply cashed us out - she didnt ask us if wed like dessert or another round of drinks. Altogether our group spent around $200 but Ill think twice before dining at this Buffalo Wild Wings...:(

I went on a Monday night so very quick service. Soft pretzels with queso dip was a nice appetizer and good size chicken pieces in my order. They did not have all the drinks listed on the menu but still quite decent selection. Waiter was friendly but a bit aloof. Nice atmosphere, not too loud and could still hear the games.

Went to "B-Dubs" tonight for a few Cosmos... I didnt know what I wanted so the bartender helped me to decide and was AMAZING! Service was excellent and friendly! Drinks were great... Definitely should visit this location more often!

Love eating here if you plan to go on an evening with specials or the weekend forget it if you dont have 45 minutes to wait for a table! If you dont mind the wait, the food is awesome and the beers the perfect temp!

We eat there probably twice a month. It can be great and it can be a bad experience. We really arent to picky to not come back after a few goof ups, and of course the beer is cold so that makes it all better.

Waitress was friendly, but stressed. They were short staffed and busy because of NBA finals. My sons wrap was made wrong but they fixed it quickly. The meal was good, but kind of expensive for what we got.

Good Service. Out of town traveler show up at 11 to watch my team. 2 people in the bar area watching separate games third shows up and you turn my game off. 30 TVs and no Penn State game????
