This location makes up for the one in atmosphere thats on West College. It has the same pizzas though, which are excellent. But the last time I was there was not good; there were loud people with children running around the place in the dining room (this is not McDonalds), our pizza arrived cold and late; the waitress was rather short and rude; all of these things added up to less than desirable experience. For years I have been coming here, and it was always counted on for great food and good service, but I have no plans of coming again for awhile. The prices have also gone up a lot. It is a casual restaurant, yes; but manners still have a place and other people must be considered when dining out. The help are usually quite nice; I was taken aback by the rudeness of the waitress; it will be awhile before I return.

We had a baby shower and it was the best ever!! The service super awesome. We were waited on hand and foot. Everything was perfect. Our every whim was granted. I totally recommend this for any special event. At the end of the shower the guest said it was the best!!! Thank you Union for a special day!

Good Italian food though their meatball pizza was sad...half of a small meatball per slice..for 30 dollars there are other pizza places that are great in santa rosa that offer more toppings and less price..they need to up their game if they plan on being around

Ive gone to the Union Hotel in Occidental many times and always loved it. This Santa Rosa restaurant really misses the mark. The only good thing about this place is the building. I will not be going back.

I have used their take out menu. Consistently fabulous Italian food in Italian portions. Be sure to check out the desserts. Carrot cake is my personal favourite but the cheesecake is just as good.

One of our favorite lunch spots in Santa Rosa with a warm fireplace in the cold weather and open outside seating when its warm. Pizza combo lunch is great.
