If I could I would give a ZERO due to the lack of attention and interest of the restaurant in find a solution to my case (which was not my mistake). Today was a very rainy day and I went, walking in the rain, to get my order twice! And I was very badly treated on both cases. The first time, the attendant handed me a sealed bag (closed with staples so that I could not check the order). I asked if the whole order fit into a single bag (as I found it strange) and she confirmed that everything was in that bag. When I got home and realized that I was missing a pad tai, a sashimi combo and the rice of all orders, I called the restaurant (which was not crowded) looking for a solution (since I had picked up the order and it was delivered erroneously, nothing Fairer than having someone deliver the missing items to me. But the attendant was very rude on the phone and told me that I would have to pick up the items if I still wanted to. The second time I went to the restaurant, again walking under rain, I was very poorly attended by the same attendant, who lied saying that the order was delivered incomplete because it was made in two receipts (although I had in my hand the restaurants receipt showing all orders in the same receipt) I called the manager, but I believe he does not speak English because he was not understanding what I was saying. So I left the restaurant with a bag with the remaining items, but after losing an hour, I did not eat the items and I came back home much more than pissed to have lost the hunger and due do the neglect of the restaurant (and off course in the rain).

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER GO THERE! Worst sushi I have even eaten. Horrible customer service. I ordered a lunch special with a JB roll, California roll and tuna roll. The JB roll had smoked salmon. The California roll had no flavor. And the worst was the tuna roll. i had one piece and the fish was bad. It gave me the worst stomach ache that will not go away even a few hours later. I told the waiter and he did not say anything just took away the plate and brought me the bill. I had only eaten a few pieces off the plate too because it was so bad. The bill was $4 more expensive than the price listed on the menu. I asked to speak to the manager. She did nothing but took 10% off my bill. I spent $18 on the 3 pieces of sushi that got me so sick that I am going to the doctor.

We went there for a friends birthday dinner. and as soon as we got there they couldnt wait to get us out. we ordered appetizers and entrée and desert and they had the audacity to bring it all out together and after they brought everything out 2 minutes later ask if we needed boxes to go. we were looking around in astonishment and after they brought back the boxes they brought the check with it. also with automatic 18% gratuity. so they just didnt care how they treated you because their were already getting a tip they didnt deserve. Id never go back there again for anything! nothing special about the food. I dont know how they stay in business treating people like that. Id estimate if they keep those practices up they are not going to be in business very long.

Great food, outstandingly complete menu where you can try from Japanese to Chinese to Thai food, all in a great setting. Asian servers complement the great food and drinks. Dinner alfresco was awesome in a starry night and a very upscale and difficult to please vegan friend of mine labeled her best Oriental ever experience....., so you tell me about it...

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE. They have only one driver on the weekend who does not speak a word of English. Then you call to follow up, only to have the manager who also doesnt speak English just repeating your words in the most irritating way. STAY AWAY TO SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND YOUR NERVES.

Food is great, but the fact that the prices on the website arent accurate is definitely a damper when you get there to pick up your food and its $5 more.. not to mention the fact that the left out a spoon for my Miso Soup and chopsticks for my sushi.. not so fun to eat with your hands at work!

My family and I, we all agreed never again. Even my 5 years old that loves fish could not finish the calamari. Spicy Tuna tasted like nothing and scrimp rolls tasted like rubber. $ 100 wasted dont do same mistake please! :-)

No one answered the phone when I tried to call tonight over a period of TWENTY minutes!!! I am ordering from a different sushi place because these people dont know how to answer their phone!!! Horrible way to run a business!

I ordered the pad thai. It was quite good, but at the price point I try to avoid this place. Additionally ordering out is quite a hassle, they dont answer the phone quickly if at all and while not rude is far from friendly.

Quiet, calm place to grab dinner before a night out in South Beach. Excellent wine selection, and great sushi! I recommend the vegetarian rolls, and bringing your friends along with you!
