Yesterday my wife and I came in to this location for lunch. No hostess around for 10 minutes. We sat ourselves in a booth near other people. No waiter for 20 minutes. We walked out. I attempted to call to speak to a manager but nobody answered. Called the downtown location and was able to speak to a manager who got my number and told me she would contact the manager to have them call me. Manager called and I was able to explain the situation. She was understanding and apologized. Offered a discount next time we were in. This is by far the single worst restaurant I have ever been to. I didnt want to write this review but I believe others should know and avoid this location. Tried again today hoping for a better experience. Somewhat busy. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and place our order. The manager on duty brought our food out just as we were about to walk out. Food took 1 hour to get to the table. 2 orders of crispy chicken strips, 1 chicken strip kids meal, and some boneless wings. Waiter never came back to our table to ask how the food was or refill drinks. He took our order and that was the last we talked to him. 3 people were seated next to us. Took 25/30 minutes to get their drinks. They walked out. The other table next to us had the same problem. I flagged down the manager and told him about the experience. He gave the excuse that they were short staffed.

I currently work at this store after transfering from the south store and it is my personal favorite of the 3. We do our best to keep it clean and up to date. I would just like to point out that occasionally on busy nights it may seem the service isnt all that great but we are in fact doing our best. Sometimes we have to pull out a wait list even when their are tables due to the fact that the kitchen is flooded with orders and needs time to catch up. In which case some people stop seeing their serves come around and thats because they are in back doing the best they can to help the kitchen get caught up, refill items, or get other tables orders out to make room for more. Patients is genuinely appreciated on nights like these but if youre not one to typically wait we do give a fair warning and its your personal choice from there. I came to read the reviews in hopes to help my store improve in any way we can and Ill do my best but I do hope what Ive said changes some peoples minds about our location and we would love to have your business.

Never coming here again. Service was terrible, by terrible i mean did not get any service other than having my food and drinks brought to me. I only seen my waitress three times, before she left for the night. Our new waitress did not even come once to check up on our table. I had to get up to get my own to-go boxes. Since no one came to gives us our ticket, we walked up to the front entrance and five minutes later a waitress came to ask us if we had payed our bill. The whole time giving us attitudes. We Asked to talked to a manager and first he avoided us not till we asked again he came out to talk to us. We stated that we deserved a discount for the bad service we received. He proceeded to tell us that he could only take off an order of wings, because even though the service was bad we still ate the food. He kept arguing with us, stating that he could not gives more of a discount, and denying us our copy of the receipt. Should be able to rate less then half a star.

Worst service Ive had in a long time. It took almost 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the front to seat us and at least another 5 for a waiter to even look in our direction! We waited on beverage refills throughout our meal. When our meal came they reported they dropped half of it on the floor and would get us new made quickly. It took 20 minutes to get that food while the rest of our meal got cold! To top it off they charged our credit card twice so it took another 15 minutes for them to correct their mistake. At no point did a manager come and talk to us and our waiter avoided us like the plague but no one had any trouble charging us for all of our horrible service! The worst part was that they were incredibly slow so they couldnt even blame it on being overly busy or understaffed. I will never return to this location again.

It was not busy, but service was very slow. Our waitress was new, 2nd day on the job new. It was not her fault by any means. Food took longer than anticipated. A couple of items were forgotten, but she had them made and brought out in a more timely manner. The food was OK. It is usually a lot better. Other staff were at the door complaining about their job and other customers. That was off putting and not very welcoming. I understand work can be upsetting, but complaining right inside the entrance, where other guests can here nothing but your complaints about other customers is not at all welcoming. Our waitress was the best part about the evening there. Despite everything else, she was attentive to our table and very friendly.

VERY poor service! I swear our server was on drugs... Management wandered around and never made eye contact with us or even asked about our experience. Food was pretty good and delivered fast and correctly but bar service was slow. The place was not overly crowed and there was plenty of staff there so Im not sure what was going on. We were given the wrong bill and by the time we had figured it out we decided to just pay it since it was about $10 less than what it should of been. Bottom line is that our experience was poor at best mainly due to staff that would rather get high and change the TV channels and a manager who has a social problem. Will likely never return!

Went into eat with two other people.The waitress came around and got our drink orders! Two waters and a beer. 5 minutes later they got their waters, but I never did get my beer. 10 minutes after that they finally came to take our order. After waiting 30 minutes and realizing the group of about 5 people next to us were having the same problem, I proceeded to ask them if they have been waiting awhile and she then told me they had waited 15 minutes for their waters and have been waiting 45 minutes and they still hadnt gotten their order. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. Will never go back.

I have consistently had to wait over 30 minutes for food to come out at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, no matter the time of day. This last time took over an hour for three snack orders of wings. The waiter excused the poor service as "the kitchen not knowing what they are doing", which was completely unprofessional. Wait time was ridiculous, and the management failed to contact us to apologize for the terrible service. If youre looking for a crappy experience, this is the place to go! Would not recommend to a friend 0/5.
