Worse experience ever! Went to eat there on 7/18/17 and it took them 15mins to sit us down and after an hour they told us that our food is not ready yet. We left! I was starving by that time. It was just the waiting part. They could easily said that there was a delay on the food and if we were willing to wait over an hour. But no they had us waiting there for an hour before they told us the food was not ready.

Service has been getting slower and slower. Last time we were there, we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. Two meals were borderline cold. Apparently they were short staffed... Prices are getting way too high as well. Used to go every week to play trivia. However, between high prices, slow service and being VERY loud lately, not going back any time soon. At least they compd our meal.

Havent even tasted the food yet because weve been waiting forever!!! There are 9 tables and at least one employee for each table. I dont know what the deal is but we will never come back to this location. Waiter asked the kitchen how long it would be and he was literally told "Your guess is as good as mine!" Serious management problems. Watched people walk out.

not happy with service, started off hair in our wings so told waitress and she wanted to know if we wanted a new order said yes so brought new ones out but not same kind. then order was messed up so we gave up and wanted our ticket. talked to manager so he took a lot off bill but never had these issuses in desmoines iowa at buffalo wild wings

Worst experience I had yet. Felt I needed to leave a review. To start I was waiting there twenty five minutes past the time I was told to arrive, We were missing are side celery, we were missing are ranch also, the wings were hardly even coated and the meal came with no napkins. I guess Quaker aint to far up the road

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, awesome food - their wings are really great. Good place to hang with buddies or bring in the whole family, they have something for everyone. Also if your game isnt on the screen youre watching, you can always request them to put your game on a specified screen.

Great food and service!! GM Chris even walked around and also talked to us about NFL Sunday n did a wonderful job explaining how things worked for football! Kyle the bartender did an awesome job while also taking care of tables as well and was fluent with his knowledge of beers!!!

Tried to order for a pick up online, website refuses to find a location, tried to order on the application, cant find any locations, just decided to call them. Surprise surprise, no one answered the phone either time I called. Cant keep business if they cant even order.

This review is probably true for most of their other restaurants. The wings are very good, the service is decent, but the TVs, oh the TVs...they are a-plenty. They dont seem to care if you stay for most or all of a game. I like it!

Great food and staff! Everyone is friendly and patient. They prices seem to keep going up, so we try to only go on Tuesdays and Thursdays when the wings are cheaper. But their soft pretzels are amazing!

love the food, but staffing is terrible. My appetizer always comes out with my food. Waiters and waitresses never come back to check up on you, and Ive watched them stand together and talk non stop.

It smelled like urine. So far we have smooshed 2 ants walking on the table. The waiter is pleasant. The bartender delivering our lemonades made no eye contact nor acknowledgement we said thank you.

Great food! The waitress was amazing. Table set up could be different the biggest best TVs are on your right and left instead of in front of you. Still great atmosphere.

Really a great place to watch a game, plenty of TVs. Staff is awesome, theyre very young but do an awesome job making you feel comfortable. Food is good, not great.
