Im in town for business and was excited about the prospect of going to grab some wings after a rough day at work. It took me a while to order because they really do have a large assortment of menu items. I settled on a couple types of wings and placed my order. Food came out fine and no wait or anything. My complaint is that after each bite (which started off good), there was an aftertaste of grease. Now of course I realize what Im eating, but I mean an aftertaste of actual grease, like a spoonful of grease. It really just sort of killed it for me. I dont think Ill go back. Ill stick to Wing Stop during my travels. They seem to have the formula down-pat. Thanks anyway, Wild Wings...

Placed a to go order. Picked it up and brought it home. Employees failed to give us our side sauces as ordered. Opened the fries and found cold, stiff and dried out fries that appeared to be hours old. Called the store and "Marty" the manager answered. I politely told him about the fries and lack of side sauces. He said "thanks for letting me know" and never offered an apology or an offer to make it up to me. Not that I wanted to drive all the way back to the store anyway. Just poor customer service all around at this BWW.

Do not come here for a sporting event/ fight. Poor management and poorly staffed. Bartenders that do not. Know what commonly ordered drinks are. Honestly waited 20 minutes for a drink just to be turned down and not even asked what other drink i could have in exchange. The food came out 2 minutes after ordering it was cold and obviously had been sitting out.The only reason i dont give it less stars because it is not possible. You are better off ordering the fights at hooter because atleast they have something to look at.

The worst service!!! Got there at 12 and they had the worst attitude towards us because we were speaking in spanish!!! They discriminated one of my friends because he had a mexican id and refused to sell alcohol to him!! To be honest that really disgusted me and acts like that makes me embarrased to say i was born in the united states! Never going back there because if i do and they treat us the same way thatll be the last time they ever see a bdubs there!!!!!!

The highlight of the night was that our server Alexis was awesome. She was polite and attentive. Everything else, just OK. Wings were good if it wasnt because the amount of feathers on them. Price for alcoholic drinks are kind of high and I hate when the prices are not listed anywhere. I expected the restaurant to be noisy since is a sports bar with customers having a good time, but the staff in the kitchen yelling every time an order is ready is offsetting.

Most of the time when i go to BWW the service is good and the food is always great, but i just went by the other day and instead of being greeted kindly at the door nobody was there to assist me and i waited for about 5 min before i decided maybe they were short staffed and couldnt seat people. so i got to my table waited a few minutes then finally i met the waitress Alex and was properly served. if it wasnt for Alex i would never go back to that location.

We got here around midnight. They were a little slow on seating people. We arrived behind another couple who had been waiting when we walked in. There were plenty of seats available.. Anyway, we all were eventually helped and the service was good. The food was most excellent. I got the pork tacos, and we all got drinks and wings. The food was really good. Id recommend this place and if Im in the neighborhood Id come back.

My wife and I went there last night to watch our Wisconsin Badgers basketball team and had an amazing experience. Food was awesome, but our server Dez was by far the best part. He was so extremely helpful with describing specials and did an awesome job with everything else! Its very hard to find servers like him this day in age. Kudos to BWW for hiring him and wish him the best in the future!

Our server was great but the food and drinks horrible!! We waited over 30 minutes for our meal. The Bloody Marys were so spicy we couldnt drink them. The grilled chicken sandwiches were like rubber and tasteless. If we wouldnt have been with other family members we would have definitely complained. Wont be back!!!

Food is great but service was poor. We had to wait for 30 mins to get a booth, we had 5 people with us. Once we were actually seated it took the waitress over 20 mins to come over and get out drink order. This was the way it was the whole time. We actually had to get our food to go because we were there so long.

Staff is nice and super loyal.In one occasion, I left my wallet there about 3 months ago and i went right back and they had it, not a cent missing. Today i left my check there. I went back when i noticed it went missing. One of their staff members had found my check and stored it in the safe! Thanks Guys!

I love this place! Its a family favorite and definitely one of my pops favorite! They have a great selection of food and great wings! Plenty of TVs to catch whatever it is you want to watch and the beer is always cold! Great atmosphere and great staff! I will go here forever!

Went there after they made some renovations to this place. It does look better and brighter than before. My kids love the boneless wings so visited here quite often. Service sometimes good, sometimes not ... depending how busy and the servers moods. Today was good.

I love their wings but TODAY MY HUSBAND & I SAT THERE FOR 10 LONG MINUTES NO ONE APPROACHED US NOT EVEN TO OFFER A GLASS OF WATER. I CALLED THE MANAGER & ALL SHE WAS WOULD YOU LIKE A GIFT CERTIFICATE YES OR NO? IM MAD AF. LOST US AS A CUSTOMER.

Felt Rushed Other wise really great experience. They asked if I needed a Box obliviously because Im younger and dont think I can finish a small. They were right but I would like to eat without feeling rushed. Im a slow eater. Then again its was okay.

The atmosphere is great and the dining experience as well. The only thing that sometimes is annoying is when there is a game playing and the TVs are unbearably loud at some points. Overall though a very enjoyable experience apart from said thing.

One of my local favorite spots when I make rounds in Bellevue. Food is consistently good. Love the Big Jack Daddy Burger and Wings. Beers i always delicious. Service can be slow. It was much better in 2011. I always go back though!

I like their wings and the rest of the selection, but the place is LOUD LOUD LOUD LOUD!!! It is impossible to hold a conversation here, all you can do is watch one of the many screens showing whatever sports happen to be available.

the wings are great, but it would have been better if the cooks would learn to count. my wife ordered a small (10) got 9 wings i ordered a medium (15) got 12. once they fix the whole counting thing i would have no more complaints
