Food: 4 / 5 Service: 2 / 5 The wings are good, and decently priced, especially if you ask about any specials they may have. The fries are very good. My only complaint about the food might be they are a bit stingy with the ranch. My primary issue with this location is their equipment. The phones are awful. Occasionally if you call to place an order youll barely be able to hear the other person, and youll get massively loud feedback whines and whistles. Its like talking to someone on a CB radio. In addition to random problems with the phone, they dont seem to have a good system for orders placed over the internet. I placed an order, waited the suggested time and showed up only to be told they didnt have the order. Then someone checked a printer whos job it was to print out the orders placed online, and there it was. They just werent watching it. Id definitely visit here again, I mean when you need wings they are close to the best in town. Just make sure they get your order right, and if you place an order online, call right after to make sure they received it.

I placed an order online at said it would be ready at 1:13, I get there at 1:30 cashier takes my money tells me to wait. Several customers came in after and they received there food. I sit waiting and 45 mins go by and as the cashier was walking away I asked "Is this normal to wait 45 mins" he said its 18 mins and I should have asked? So your telling me that you took my money and knew I was waiting thats its MY JOB to remind you that you have a customer sitting in front of you. Terrible service and then the food was cold because you "Forgot" I placed an order. Save your money go elsewhere.

My girfriend and I walked in and patiently waited two people ahead and we were supposed to be next. The lady at the register saw us come in but decided to take four different orders, so we had to go to the end of the line again and wait. This may seem minor to others but no one likes to wait and to top it off she walked off when we were finally able to order. Luckily another cashier and their new drink machine somewhat made up for her slack. Next time I just might make the drive to garnett. I hope i didnt over exaggerate but i hate poor service.Food wash good as usual.

The food was fresh and hot and service was great. The tables needed a good cleaning and the salt and pepper shaker was caked with someone elses filth and the shaker was clogged. It grossed me out and I was shocked to see they no longer serve carrots and celery unless you pay extra and its extra for the dipping sauce. Im sorry the price combo is high enough without adding surcharges.

I love wing stop. This is a great location theyre very friendly and clean and they cook the wings just right and their fries are to die for. This location always seems to provide large boneless wings. I would gain 500 pounds and go here everyday if I could. I never get tired of wing stop and this location in particular is hands down the best in Tulsa.

Horrible service!! I called my order in at 639pm from 41st and Yale, thinking by the time I got there my order would be done, since the girl that took my order told me 9 minutes. More like 29 minutes. They didnt even start my order until I got there, everyone that came in recieved their order as I waited and waited and waited. I will not be back.

i have to agree with Mandi. love the wings, but on more than one occasion (in fact, at least three) my orders were late (or incorrect). im no business man, but in cases like that, make it up to your customer. im not asking for a handout, but value your customers.

Not a good experience, ordered a few different items everything was overcooked fries were disgustingly oversalted had to send fries back. All wings had to much seasoning added after they had been sauced. I love wings but not theses wings.

Their wings are great! Not heavily breaded like some, and lots of sauce. Just wish theyd leave the sugar off the fries, I have to order them naked. Some seasoning would be nice, but I am diabetic, so no sugar on my fries, please.

The original hot wings are the best in town. The sauce is perfect and unlike wings to go it doesnt run right off the meat. The fries are GREAT with a little brown sugar sprinkled on them. One of my favorite places to eat.

Great place, just remember to order before you get there. Ordering when you get there can easily take 10-15 minutes when its slow, and a half hour when busy. So plan ahead and know that this is not fast food.
