Never going back to this location!! Had to wait 10 minutes before our waiter took our drink order. We then watched several tables around us, who got there at the same time as us, order, get their food, eat & cash out. Saw our food sitting in the window for 15 minutes & couldnt find our waiter anywhere. Finally brought our food out (after being there for 50 MINUTES!) & everything was cold. I got the sampler platter & the only thing that was decent was the mozzarella sticks. I took ONE bite of everything else & ate nothing else on my plate. When only $10 was taken off of a $60 bill, the general manager didnt think anymore should have been taken off & didnt seem to care about the awful service. He then rolled his eyes & turned away from my fiancé when he was trying to talk to him. The ONLY good experience was when the manager came to tell me he took care of the bill & apologized. Other then him, no one apologized for the horrible service. This was by far my worst experience at buffalo wild wings ever!

We havent been to this location in 2 years and decided to go for it. Host was awesome and kept letting us know about how long it would be to get a table for 8. So far so good...waiter comes over seemed energetic and nice...took drink order and bam 15 minutes later we got drinks. Left and was gone for another 10 even though we were ready to order before...took order and my dads beer was half gone and waiter said its against policy to order another beer when urs isnt finshed...what?!? Haha must be rough times to not earn money on the alcohol side of the business...weve been here since 630 and its now 830 and we are just finishing eating because 45 minutes to get food that seemed its been sitting under heat lamp for 20 mins. Please learn from reviews u dont have a bad staff but just needs pointed in the right direction in the food industry....Oscars :)

Never going back! We get there and they have one person in front seating people while doing all kinda of other things. The guy finally helped us after 5 min then he says there is a 10 min wait so we said "ok we will be back" when we come back he seats everyone then seats people that come in after us and goes on to do his own thing. While WALKING past us at least 4 times and not seating us. So we got the manager and he seats us but had to clean the table. There was 5 tables that needed to be cleaned and were sitting forever which was a reason no one was getting sat soon. Our waiter took forver to give us out to go boxes and ticket. We heard the people nexr to us got told they had a 45 min wait on food to come. We seen someone walk out for not being helped after sitting forever as well. All in all bad experience never going back.

Got Here At 4:20pm. Waited For 25 minutes to be greeted at our seats for a drink order, Finally tracked down a manager to ask him if we can get drinks, got our Drinks And Food Ordered and waited another 15 minutes til we had to ask this same manager about where our drinks were, after contemplating leaving manager got our drinks to us, huge waste of time coming to this BWW if you are a BWW fan Got to 76th & Dodge Location youll get your food and drinks in a timely manner and will be treated properly.

Went with my father and younger brother earlier for lunch. Not only was our server fantastic (she stopped by to check on us at very regular intervals), but management was also fantastic with checking on the quality and quantity of our food. They even comped some of our wings when my dad dropped some on the floor before we left. BWW, you have some quality people working for you there, I think a pay bump is deserved for them. 10/10 will go back based on the staff alone!

Do not eat at this place. The wings are overpriced and they skimp on the sauce. It seems like they boil or microwave their wings. They are chewy and tasteless. I eat at wing places all over omaha and buffalo wild wings is horrible at best. Go another mile west and try the lighthouse bar on maple street. Bw3s does not hold a candle to oscars or wingstop either. Quit supporting this place. Absolutely disgusting as well as rip off.

I really liked this BWW. The service can be slow (especially takeout, its not unusual to have 5-15 people waiting inside for their food to go), and they have messed up an order once or twice but theyve always made it right in the end. Pretty good food and pretty good service. It can get packed inside during rush hour as well, and on the weekends, so get there early.

This is literally the most awful BWW experience Ive ever had. They say is in a booth with ranch all over the seat and he wiped it with his hand of the booth. We were given attitude when we asked to sit in the dining room because he had to clean a table. And wouldnt bring us a high chair. Never checked on us and this place is just gross. I will never come back.

The customer service here has always been lackluster. We had a pick up order scheduled for a certain time and it was not ready, like always. Then on top of that the cashier had no communication with us, actually none of the staff did. We just sat there waiting, like we were an inconvenience to them. The food is good, but the service could be better.

Horrible service... asked to have chicken tenders tossed in Chipotle bbq seasoning and they just dumped it on 1 tender with none on rest. Order all dummies and extra crispy for wings they came out mixed and not crispy at all. Waiter had no personality at all and seen him constantly pulling his pants up... Ill never go back to that location.

Food is decent but the service is pretty dismal. Even more mind boggling the fact that a dozen employees in different colored shirts just stand around and yap while customers have to get their own drinks. This seems to be the last passable bww in the area, no longer coming here.

Horrible service. Nermin (the bar tender) seemed more interested in the Vikings game and the table directly behind where Im sitting at the bar than my glass of water with sticky syrup around the entire rim. Oh, thank you for the napkins 3/4 of the way through my meal.

How many times can a place disappoint? They were out of half of the specials on their insert. Took over 10 mins for server to come to our table. Over 40 minutes to get our food. Drinks never refilled once even when empties were placed on the edge of the table.

Second time in a row Ive ordered from this location and this will be the last. Only ordered 1 thing to go, Wet buffalo boneless wings. Second time in a row I got about 3 drops of sauce on old wings. Crazy I had to wait 20 minutes for old chicken. Never again!!!

Dirty. Waited 15 -20 min to be seated to sit another 30 to get our drink order. Bathrooms were horrible, may as well just got outside and pee. Horrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiibbbbbblllleeeee place to eat. Puts a bad name on buffalo wild wings.
