The tenders here are the best tenders I have ever had! The chicken is fresh and the flavors are crazy goood! Get them messy! Garlic Parmesan is my go to sauce because I dont do spicy foods. I have tried the Sweet Heat and the Honey Gold, they did not disappoint, but you have to try the Garlic Parmesan. Throw it between a beautiful toasted bun with the perfect amount of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and their amazing Chipotle mayo? The greatest chicken sandwich ever. Their fries and ranch are excellent as well, ask for the fries to be well done, extra crispy! Whenever I come in here, the bearded guy always takes my order, and he has never let me down. Also, Tuesdays their Super Massive Tenders are $1.39!!!!!!!!!!

I cant believe Ive yet to write a review for Wing Basket! Needless to say, Im a fan. My first encounter with Wing Basket was at Nolensville Road, Nashville TN location and I was to try their infamous Classic Wings and Fries, which is a treat all in itself - decadence. Since then Ive sampled a variety of their flavors and have enjoyed them all - in particular the Lemon Pepper Yum! Besides the great Wings and Fries, Wing Basket is so awesome: Its a great in and out kinda a place, its a very casual homey restaurant, when you have the need to feel the HEAT, just ask for the TNT wings- no wonder Wing Basket is the BEST Wings in my book! I got people from work going there 2-3 days a week! IM THE BIGGEST FAN!

The food is ok, although the service is horrible. Multiple times we have ordered to go and gotten home to find multiple items missing. When called to ask about replacements, instead of asking how then can make it ok, they just give tons of excuses and attitude. I would say eat there, because by the time you get home and go back to get a large part of the order, which you paid for and is listed on the recipe, the food is cold and gross. Also if I was management, I would suggest investing in a customer service training program and a method of double checking to go orders to insure accuracy.

They used to be efficient and friendly, but now their customer service is lacking. When I finally got my order 25 minutes after calling it in, my fries were cold. I asked for fresh fries, and was told "6 minutes". 23 minutes later I got some more fries. At that point, my chicken wings were cold. Rather than spending another 30 minutes of my life at the restaurant, Ill just put them in the oven when I get home. I wasnt the only annoyed customer that had to wait much longer than they should have. Its sad, because this place has really good wings.

7 months ago, this was a 5 star review. Since that time, their customer service and food quality has gone so far downhill that I have to revise my review to 1 star. I received the incorrect order, and asked for my correct order to be remade. They refused to remake the food. I cannot stress enough how rude and unprofessional the staff were, nor how flippantly the manager handled the situation. Wing Basket used to be one of the highlights of my weekend. It will be no longer.

First and last time going here!! I ordered 30 wings and they charge me for ranch and they didnt even give me none with my order another thing they rachet ass hell in here talking about drugs , guns ,and etc people going in and out bringing other business food in plus the damn wings wasnt even good wasnt my money better off going to wingstop

I love this place, and I genuinely think it tastes way better than Princes. Their chicken has actual flavor throughout and their rubs and sauces are awesome too. Princes tasted kinda bland when you got to the meat and it was really just a mess to eat.

The older woman that works in there is awesome. The Son of TNT is so hot, but soooo good. If your unsure which sauce to try, ask to taste it. Their customer service is awesome. The wings are great. The fries are diverging different to try. :)

Awesome service! All the food was fresh. The seasoned fries were great. The wings were the best weve had! We wish there was a way to tip if you pay by card cause the guy running the counter deserves it. Will definitely be back!
