My experience here was absolutely horrible! There were two host working one was veronica and the other I believe her name was riley. I had to stand in a long line while the restaurant was empty due to riley not wanting to help the other young lady. Customers got very angry and quickly and others and myself included were saying horrible things about riley to veronica and she was a very sweet lady and got everyone calmed down and never once said anything bad about riley. Even though you could tell she was very annoyed as if something had already happened before this. Your job as a host is to welcome guest and be friendly but the only friendly person that welcomed us was the one helping us because the other girl was stuck up her own ass. She was very rude. On top of that my waitress wasnt that good I cant remember her name it was something like Auriana . Like I said before the restaurant was dead so tell me why for the 45 minutes I was there I only got two refills and it from when she took my order and when she brought me my food. I watched her sitting at a table texting but not helping her tables and it wasnt just me either. Who knows maybe whatever was on her phone was more important but she couldve at least had been nice. She had a bad attitude just like riley. Last time I will ever come here. Worst experience Ive ever had only happy face and good worker you had was veronica but Im pretty sure she quit the day I was there with the way she walked out. Also you might want to tell your waitress to watch their language.. especially if kids are around..

Hooters used to be a place where my husband and I went when we wanted to splurge on chicken wings. Tonight we were brought to a dirty table near a door that had constants traffic to the outside terrace, were it was 47 degrees outside and the wind was blowing fiercely. We ate with our coats on. We waited over an hour for our chicken wings and when they arrived they were so small, mostly breading and barely hot. The blue cheese dressing is not what they used to serve and was put in very small back vessels too small to dip a wing in. None of this (blue cheese or wings) had the taste we were used to and my husband said it all made him feel sick. The complaints overpowered our normal eating out dinner joy. Our food turned cold too quick due to the outside weather blowing in. Prices are much higher then were used too, meanwhile we could see the budget cuts in everything. After nearly 20 years of hooters being our "go to". Sadly we wont be back.

Ive been coming to this location for a while , ( off and on for five years) and its has always been sublime. I dont always have a carbon copy (regular) consistent waitress . I have had wonderful times at this hooters until recently . My server was fine by looks but over the times has seen to be letting herself go , ( in the mid section) and also saying very inappropriate things to her fellow employees ( talking of sexual gratification ). So fellow hooter goers if you happen to go there , make sure you dont get her . I want to say her name was Sammy or something of a sort . Big (most likely fake boobs) . She was slow and didnt seem to want to serve me . Other than her everything and everyone else is a good time .

This was the worst meal I have ever had at any restaurant. Waitresses just stand around. No service. I didnt get a single refill on my drink while I was there. I got the hooter style wings. The wings were almost completely breading with NO sauce on them (and no I didnt get mild). Dont even bother getting any sides that are fried (fries especially) because they will taste just like the chicken breading and nothing else. I honestly wish I just asked for my money back and went elsewhere because the food made me feel sick. The saddest part is for 10 wings and fries the price of your food is almost $15. You would be better off going to Longnecks, BDubs, or Quaker & Lube.

This is by far the best Hooters I have ever been to! The girls here are smoking hott and the food/beer is amazing. I have been to plenty of Hooters across the country and this is the best I have been to. If you are looking to have a great time and want to be entertained by Hooter Girls then I would go to Florence, Hooters. P.S. Ask for Skipper she is super cute and friendly!!

Cold beer waiter was rude took 45 minutes to get food which we only ordered Appetizers and two tables which where seated after us received their food before us on top of not having beer thats advertised ....PS poor poor management the excuse we where given was ..we got slammed but had several tables for open at the time WANT HOOTERS GO TO NEWPORT HOOTERS WAY BETTER ALL AROUND!!!!

Live an hour away but always go to Florence hooters. Not anymore. Waited 20 minutes when we walked in. No hostesses. No manager the be found. Was finally told by one of the girls it would be 30 minute wait. Empty tables every where. Still no manager. This place used to be the best. Poor management.

The service was HORRIBLE!! The waitress was rude and had a bad attitude.Food was half cold, took over 30 minutes to get our appetizer. (The place was NOT BUSY) Once our meal finally started coming out, we found out she didnt even ring some of the food in. I will never go back.

Typical Hooters, so-so food with healthy young waitresses. Food takes too long to get, but its Hooters and you expect that. The big turn-off is that they are always selling something, so out takes forever even when you tell them you are in a hurry. Brittany was a peach.

Terrible, after a hard day driving on the road. I stop in to grab a bite to eat. Asked to be seated and like a nice hostess. She showed me to my table. Not one server came over after 15 min. Plus the place had 6 people in there,and I got no customer service.

We waited 15 minutes before anyone waited on us and then another 30 minutes to get the appetizers. It took about 45 minutes for the wings, got beers in sizes we didnt order. All in all, bad service and mediocre food. Very sad because it wasnt even busy.

Worst To-Go service ever! Called in my order, informed them Ill be there to in 30 minutes only to get there an have to wait twenty minutes thats not to go service get my order wrong fries so upset I just wanted to leave Ill stick with the Newport location

Went their on mothers day had to wait 30 min for a table even though there were plenty of open tables. When seated had to wait over 15 min for a drink order while server stood at another table and talked. Very poor staff and management.

Been comimg here for years but recently service and the food has become sub par. We were there Sunday and asked for the manger, Dave, who would not come to our table Quaker steak has consistent quality and thats where we will go.
