I have never experienced as bad of service as I did at this Wingstop!! As I was making my way to Wingstop, I decided to call and place my order ahead of time in hopes that my food would be ready to be picked up by the time I arrived. More than 15 minutes later I was still on hold and now waiting in line behind 1 person to place an order. Once it was my turn, I showed the cashier (who was the manager) my phone to show him that I have been on hold for more than 15 minutes. I asked if the wait time was acceptable. Without hesitation, the manager AGREED that it is acceptable for a customer to be placed on hold for that long. Rather than apologize for the long wait he proceeded to be condescending and rude and never asked me for my order. I felt so disrespected and did not appreciate the tone that he used that I decided to walk out. The manager at this location should not be running the Wingstop or any service oriented business. Perhaps he doesnt realize that he works in the SERVICE industry and should treat customers with respect.

Our first visit to a Wingstop. After placing our order , we were told it would be 18 minutes. (We didnt ask how long thats what they told us) While we are sitting there 20 minutes later watching people place there orders after us and getting there food before us, (which includes our daughter who ordered and paid for her food after us) My wife went up to ask about our order, she was ignored for 2 minutes until somebody accidental made eye contact. They said they would check on it. 10 minutes later they brought out half our order and told us they were waiting on the chicken tenders.( Which was exactly what our daughter had ordered.) After another 10 minutes they bring out the chicken tenders. They did not even have the. courtesy to apologize or give a explanation for there screw up. If your looking for a place to dine in dont go here. Wingstop - Tomball, Texas at the 2920 four corners. This place sucks the big root along with its staff. Will we be going back ? Bahahahahaha

Experience was horrible!!! They say they are open until late midnight so I place an online order at 11:15 so Im not too late, and after reading all the reviews, I called the store at 11:25 and they immediately tell me that they are closed and not accepting orders! I proceed to try and communicate with this lady that I placed an oder online and I was making sure it went through. She continued by saying that they dont take orders after 11:45...it was before 11:15! This lady needs to find a better job cause customer service is not for her! I understand customer service can suck sometimes cause ive been it for 10 years but If youre going to deny someone at least do it right and not be so lazy about it! Come up with a better excuse you broken record! If I could I would give this a 0!!

The last time I ordered from here one of the wings was uncooked! I decided to give them another chance since it was only 1 wing and it was only part of it. BIG MISTAKE!!! I ordered from this location again today and asked for EXTRA WELL DONE. When I got home and started eating I took a bite out of a wing and guess what? it was hard! I looked at it and the WHOLE wing was raw!!! I mean it seriously looked like a raw chicken nugget with bread crumbs. HORRIBLE. I hope I dont get food poisoning. I will NOT be returning! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS WINGSTOP LOCATION TO ANYBODY

Will never go here again. The food is pretty good but the employees, not so much. The same one has screwed up our order multiple times. The first time, she got our order completely wrong and we go here at least once a week! The last time, my husband called in our order and I stopped to pick it up. The lady there told me he never called it in, there was no order under my name or his, and he mustve called the wrong store. ITS THE ONLY WINGSTOP NUMBER IN HIS PHONE! What happened to "The customer is always right"? I left with no food and will not go back.

I did not receive my correct order and they forgot to include the extra wings and sauce that I paid for. I informed them and they told me I have to return with the receipt to receive a refund. by the way it was an online order which is proof enough of what I ordered... anyway I had to tell the girl to write my name down because how else would they know to give me a refund. I just chalked up the little refund because the drive is not worth it. I will never recommend this wing stop to anyone!!

horrible customer service! the owner shut his location down 20 minutes before closing and said they werent serving anymore , and to call and place an order and also said they didnt accept cash that he was only taking cards at that time , but the problem is i called twice! and no one answered and this was at 11:30 and they say 7 days a week till 12 , but then when i show up he claims the phone hasnt rang and hes(manager/owner) just standing around . NEVER COMING BACK and Im telling my friends

For the second time in 3 weeks I placed an order online, drove to the store only to be told that they didnt have record of the order. Both times I showed the confirmation email and verified that all the info was correct. While waiting, I noticed that the phone was off the hook and sitting on top of a monitor attached to the wall. It stayed that way for the next 15 mins that I was there. Funny thing, never once did the phone ring, nor did anyone pick up a phone...

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Is really an understatement for this location. I placed my order here at the location, asked to have my grease drained from the Garlic Parmesan. Get home and my wings are sitting in grease & my fries are cold and I only live 2 mins away. I called and the lady who answered had no remorse, just said "sorry about that" when shes the one who took my order. No customer service skills at all. I will NOT be going back to this location.

Horrible customer service!! After waiting 15min for bone-in, I overheard A customer was on the phone saying that they ran out of bone in wings. Then I ask the cashier, and she said "oh yeah" we did run out its going to be like 30 minutes b4 we get more. They were not going to inform us about the wait. Needless to say, we got a refund and left. SO Rude!!! How do you run out of wings on a Saturday @8pm???

They told us that they could not make the wings naked to avoid allergens. The woman said her boss was a jerk and didnt care if someone got sick and the only way they make wings is if the sauce is on it no exceptions. So even though the bone in wings are gluten free they throw them in the same sauce that the boneless wings are in and contaminates the wings. So they didnt want 100 dollar order.
