I dont know if it is largely due to that this location has only been open for 4 days officially or if I just caught it on a bad night but this was easily one of the worst experiences Ive had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I placed a to go order during dinner rush and was told my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. The young lady who took my order asked me to repeat my name 3 times for her over the phone, I even went so far as to spell it out for her letter by letter. Upon arriving, they couldnt find my order because the girl misspelled my name in the computer. They forgot to include the side order of ranch that I had requested and I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone else to go get it. Upon getting home, (we live less than 5 minutes away) I opened my food to find that the potato wedges we had ordered were almost cold, didnt look appetizing at all, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The wings were satisfactory though. The only redeeming quality about our brief visit to this location was the conversation that I had with an employee named Elizabeth, who went above and beyond in delivering extraordinary customer service. The young man that I first gave my name to to find my order didnt even follow up with me to tell me they couldnt find it. He looked, didnt see it, and then proceeded to help other customers instead of asking me if it wouldve been under another name or ask me what my order was. Had it not been for Elizabeths initiative, we may have continued to wait for our food much longer than we already did. Bottom line, its a Buffalo Wild Wings, and while its nice to have a new food destination locally, they need to get their feet under them before I probably go back.

Gave two stars because the kitchen staff did their jobs; We got what we ordered, nothing was messed up and it came out to us hot and on time. Outside the kitchen however, was a totally different story. There were too many staffed for lunch and you could clearly tell that almost everyone was bored but that didnt stop our waitress from completely ignoring me and my husband. She took our order, brought our drinks and food and that was it. She didnt bother to ask us if we wanted refills on our drinks and didnt really attempt to up sale anything. She didnt have a problem rushing us out the door though. She all but threw the to-go boxes on the table and only after we packed up our food did she ask if we wanted refills knowing full well that we did not as we asked for the check so we could leave. It then took her several minutes to bring us our check so we could pay and leave. We were there for about an hour and my husband and I were talking and eating our food (like normal people do) and we both went through our drinks soon after we got our food. Now I dont have a problem with waiting for my drink when a place is busy and the waitress is rushing around trying to help everyone in her section but it wasnt busy at all while we were there and there was absolutely no excuse for our waitress to treat us the way she did.

Busy as I thought it would be but thats not my issue. I notice a lot of college frequent this establishment since the college is not far away.. First off one server came over then another came behind her (neither looked thrilled to see my 9 year old and I..SMIL!E) and told the first, "this is my seat" and both walked away. I understand as I was a server-definitely need to know sections and nobody came back for a few minutes. We received our food about fifteen minutes later, which was cold both fries and wings. My little girl even noticed hers was as well. Thirty minutes into our dining the first server greeted college guys at the table next to us and was totally flirting the whole time. Kept coming back and checking on them, the whole nine. Our service was mediocore at best-guess we needed to know everybody working that shift. I didnt finish my food, asked for a check and we left. Normally I dont write reviews, but thought it needed to be said-I dont tip from all food, I tip on service and I didnt leave smiling. Ill give them another try but was not at all impressed with what I saw tonight.

By far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive been to. The service is mediocre on good days. Definitely dont go for lunch. The servers are too busy talking to each other to provide service for the table. The food is hit or miss. Ive had decent burgers, but more times than not, the wings come out of the kitchen warm, not hot, and barely covered in sauce, which is disgraceful for an establishment which claims to specialize in wings. Then they have the nerve to charge extra for dipping sauce. The beer prices are a joke too. They have a good selection, but the beer you want has to be on special to match the price you can find it for regularly at other restaurants.

Food takes forever. Ordered online at 3:50 for a 4:30 pick up. Asked Toni to check on my food at 4:40 and it finally came out at 4:45. No apology from toni or Nash for it being 15 minutes late. Then I had to ask for my sons milk that wasnt in the bag. Got all the way home and the salad dressing for the salad is missing and only half of the wing order was in the bag. Called back and let Toni know so they would check the orders better as they were coming out. Still no apology. Our second bad experience at this location and we now we know we wont go back the rest of the time we live here. Poor customer service.

Sunday, febuary 19th Went around 12 at night with a group of friends and the waitress was horrible. They made me pay for sweet tea even though they ran out of it and i only had one glass and they wouldnt make more. I asked for sweetener and they never brought it to me. I also asked for carrots, celery, and ranch for my wings and i didnt get any of it. The wings where cold and i definitly would not recommend. Waitress didnt seem to care much as well. Save your money and go somewhere else

Ordered food on the phone they told me 20mins, got there 25 mins later. Told me to go to the bar. Bartender went back and grabbed my food. Took her another 20mins to grab all my food. I figured it would be hot with as much time as it took. All my food was completely cold. Wings werent sauced properly. Fries werent cooked all the way. Will not be going back. It wasnt busy at all so the theres just no excuse. Fix the issue.

Pretty awful service. Order was wrong twice and was messed up on the check. The food did get comped, however the rest of the party had eaten by the time we were served and the food seemed poorly prepared. Not sure where along the line there was a mixup. The Tvs were nice and the tablets are good keeping kids occupied. First time there probably wont be back.
