After reading a few reviews here, I too decided to try them out. I really wanted to get back to shape because in the last couple of months, Ive been gaining weight, mostly by eating, a lot, in an unhealthy manner. My doctor advised the most effective would be eating just and eating right, for which they proved perfect.

I usually eat unhealthy, cheap fast food for lunch. I wanted to make a change so I tried a weeks delivery of Meal Prep Sunday San Diego.The food was delivered properly. The meal size is a good portion. What I have to rave about is the food quality and taste. I will be ordering from them again.
