I used to work at the Saint Joseph Buffalo Wild Wings. I am aware that you may have had a bad experience, but there is no point in you insulting sweet little girls in your comments. Obviously, you have no experience in the food industry. I am a college graduate, and have had numerous other jobs, and let me assure you, serving cheap, arrogant, simple-minded customers like you is the hardest job I have ever had! First of all, did you ever stop to think that possibly, Kayleigh might have been busy with other tables? Maybe she was just signing on for her shift and was not told that you were her table? Maybe she was busy with a manager, or was possibly cleaning up a spill in the back? Secondly, no, BWW does not have wings already made up, as then they would not be FRESH. Everything is made to order. As far as Kayleigh counting her tip money, the servers at Buffalo Wild Wings cash out your order for you. That means that they carry ALL of their cash with them. This means that when they have to cash a table out, they have to reach into their own apron to get the change. Maybe, just maybe, Kayleigh was cashing out another table. I assure you she was not just counting her tips, because servers have to do a cash-out before they can figure up their tips. She could not have done a cash-out if all her tables were not cashed out, which, obviously, you had not. What is more, I know Kayleigh, and she is a very sweet little girl. I am sure that you are not always perfect at your job, and I hope that the next time you screw up, somebody is rude enough to write about your mistakes all over the internet!

Hubby & I went there today...07-02-09 to have lunch, we were trying to watch our time as hubby had to go to work later, although we felt we had lots of time at that point. We get there and are seated by a nice hostess/waitress. Someone came by & took our drink order and brought them to us about 5 mins. We pretty much knew what we wanted to order...we waited, and waited then finally about 15 mins after drinks came..a dopey-minded young girl by the name of Kayleigh took our order, babbling all the while of how sorry she was for taking so long. We attempted to play trivia along on the tvs overhead and then my hubby said "how long is this gonna take"? "You would think they would have wings already made up"! Our food finally arrived 20 mins later and it was good, I have no problems with that...its just the service really sucked. Needless to say as we were eating -there was Kayleigh over there counting her tip-money, laying it out on a table to sort it out. She NEVER ONCE came by to ask if we needed anything or refill our drinks, offer extra napkins, etc!!! Then as we left after having to scarf down our food cause we were running out of time to actually ENJOY our meal...we met sweet lil Kayleigh up at the front to pay our bill...she lingered after handing us back our change as if we were gonna tip her after that sh*thole service???!!! Get a brain Kayleigh- watch your co-workers and get some tips on how to be a real waitress!!!

Its been years since I had their boneless wings and was looking forward to the Caribbean jerk sauce I had there before. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!, the wings are far from what they used to be. Now they have a harder crust around the so called boneless wing (it reminds me of chicken nuggets) The sauce was very hot, not like the Caribbean jerk sauce I had there in the past, maybe they used the wrong kind?? Idk, but i will never go back. Being a wing restaurant youd think they would have the best wings you could get, they sure charge for it. Service was ok to not ok. Please save your money and go to the grocery store and buy some, it will save you lots of money and frustration. You have been warned! :)

Probably the worst BWW experience we have ever had. Salad took over 20 mins. Food came out wrong and server kept forgetting stuff. Husband finally got his fries and sauce and we could finally eat 43 minutes in when my sons food came out correctly. Wr had to get our own refills. I have never left a zero tip until today. And yes, I talked to a manager before we left.

DELICIOUS. Although sometimes the hostess can be a little....drab and they dont really smile and it doesnt seem very welcoming when you walk in, usually the waiters make up for it. Food is always good though and if something does get done wrong, they are always more then happy to fix it

Rude hostess, nothing new. Changed their salads to pickled vegetables. Had to send it back. Mac and cheese was like chewing rubber. Sent it back. It would be a good place to open a restaurant and serve edible food and offer customer service.

Great wings at great prices. The mango habenero sauce is outstanding. The only downside to this place is that the acoustics in the building always makes it seem so loud, even if it isnt that busy. Not a place to have a quiet conversation.

Good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Fairly noisy but, thats due to the games they have playing on multiple tvs. Nice play to go as a group to watch football, baseball ect, on tv. Overall not a bad place and not too expensive.

Will not be coming again! After a just over 50 minute wait for a hamburger, the tomato was green, the meat was extremely dry, there were two top buns, and the bathrooms were the most unsanitary Ive been into by far!

This was the worst experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. They took forever to great is and then our food came 5 mins apart and we had to ask for the rest of it, when we did get it.

We had a carry out order. Everyone was nice and the order was correct, but when I got home, I realized my burger was burnt. The outside was crispy and most of the flavor was gone.

Food is less than mediocre, wings were dry with no flavor and unlimited nachos were loaded with lettuce an hardly anything else. The service is ok. Worse BWW I have been to.

For a sports bar there are tvs all aroumd with different aporting events, the servers go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of and happy
