Service and food is usually very good. However, lately its been really bad. I am here 2-5 times a week for one thing or another and my order has been wrong 40% of the time. It was wrong this morning as well. Asked for a Capuchinno and got a hot chocolate! Service has been extremely slow as well . I think delivering threw every one off or something or they have gotten a rotation of poor employees. Its hard to find good help in this day and age. No work ethic from so many. Whatever the reason, I hope they get it together soon. I love my Panera! Shout out to Rico, Jamal, the new guy that waited on me yesterday late afternoon in the drive-thru, and a few others because they are always fantastic. Sorry if I spelled your names wrong.

Love their food and normally have accurate and quick service. Today I used the drive thru and for the second time this week they messed up my to go order. I then went to get it fixed and they STILL didnt get it right. The kids excuse was that he just came back from break and I could tell he was confused because I DID have a lady take my order the first time. The young man at the window kept calling me "dude". Overall great food but drive thru/to go orders are not reccommended.

My sandwich was slapped together with bad tomatoes, little to no meat or condiments. Had to ask for the sandwich spread and they were confused and angry about it. Seemed managed badly. They couldnt find my moms sandwich on the computer. When she got it they had given her two kinds of bread with very little meat. She was told they ran out.

Coffee was good but I wanted a sandwich but when I went to the counter the girl wiped her nose with her glove then wiped it on the front of her top. The same place she wiped her hand just when she got done making a sandwich for the person in front of me. So I decided not to have the sandwich.

oatmeal with strawberry and pecans..delicious. servers just DO NOT look too enthused to be there. The visits are worth it when food is good and you get a friendly smile and a thank you.1 out of 3 isnt bad.

Its a little pricey but theyre good quality ingredients. Outstanding customer service! Managers are more than willing to fix a wrong order and even compensate you for it. Way to go, Panera!!!

Pretty standard Panera. WiFi is super slow and they limit you to 30 minutes between 11a and 2p. Nothing says we dont like you computer people like governing the wifi. Ugh.
