This place is just around the corner. The best place for mideastern food. Great portions and delicious. The staff is welcoming and always willing to help. My daughter, her fiancé and family loves this place. The owner offered me meat pies one day and insisted i try them. They were awesome. He was handsome and pleasantly approachable just as his staff. Id recommend this place to everyone. Im going now to place a togo order. Dont be dismayed by the negative comments. This is an astonishing environment and great food. Just left with my order and it is still awesome. The food was fresh and staff great. I believe I saw the handsome owner again in passing. Great job you guys. Keep up the awesome service.

The worst customer service ever!!! This is the third time that happened! I called to place a carry out for a lebanse salad with grilled chicken and she was trying to charge me for a fatoosh salad instead!! When i told her i wanted the lebanese salad she put me on hold.... After that she said the price was going to be the same and when I asked how much they chrzge for a side of chicken breast she said $5.50!!!! Ridiculous!!! And she put me back on hold!!!! Just terrible!!!

Good atmosphere, but if you ever eat real hummus or falafel, youll understand that it is not the place to get it. Hummus was average canned hummus. The only think was really good is lamb kebab. We tried also shwarma, which was boiled, grilled and heated prior to serving. Also there is strong taste of dirty grill on each grilled meal. Having said that, the place is not too bad for what you can get here in Detroit area.

I love this place! I am a regular customer, eat here or take out 1-2 times a week! The food is great, better than a lot of other med/leb places in the area. A little pricey but you are paying for good quality, healthy, delicious, REAL food so it is totally worth every penny!! Staff is very nice and remembers my favorite order and just how I like it!! :) :) highly recommend!! You wont be disappointing!! XOXO

It seemed like just another mediocre Mediterranean restaurant, but did it ever exceed all expectations. Every dish was absolutely delicious and flavorful, not spicy. The service and treatment of customers by the manager was phenomenal. The music and very low push bars on the entrance doors are my only nitpicky complaints, otherwise, this restaurant is sure to please everyone.

This restaurant has potential to be one of the great restaurants in the area...however, they always get my order wrong. You ask for a shish kabob sandwich and they give you schwarama instead...its happened on more than a few occasions. In addition, the older lady that is probably the manager or owner is always yelling at her waitresses and it makes it very uncomfortable.

Everything about this place was awesome. The Chicken Shwarma was great (and very filling). The pita bread was fresh, so freah it was too hot to handle when they brought it to our table. Also, they had the BEST frozen lemonade Ive ever had. We watched the waitress squeeze the lemons, make the lemonade, then blend it up. I highly recommend.

This place is one of the few that has "Garlicy Hummus", which is more garlicy than the regular hummus. It is always fresh, creamy, and delicious! The lamb galaba is outstanding, and the schwarma dishes are done to perfection! I eat here with several coworkers every few weeks, and we all come back stinking of garlic and its great! :)

Ive lived near this place for years, and Its never packed. Its always quiet and low-key. More importantly, they have the best restaurant-made hummous Ive tasted in metro Detroit. Chicken shawarma is excellent, veggie grape leaves too. Filling lunch for two (including appetizer & $4 raw juice) with leftovers to take home, $28.

This place is a hidden gem! The best middle eastern food Ive had around. The lamb and hommus appetizer is simply amazing. Their kabobs are very juicy and delicious. The warm bread seems as if its freshly made (not sure if it is or not, though). If you are looking for good Middle Eastern food, this is the place to go!

Tried for the 1st time today. Carryout was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Limited parking. Great salad, meat shwarma (entree)and tahini sauce. Pita bread a little flourey, but still good and hearty. Like more new places I try, I used Groupon for this visit and glad I did. Im sure Ill be back. :)

Generous portions, great service. Love the lemonade and salads. Chicken tawook was juicy and rice was perfect (not super dry like other places). They dont skimp on anything and the food comes out fast. I also like how they are open later. I will definitely be back!!!

Food is really good but the waitresses need to stop being stingy with the bread. If I ask for a bread refill for a table of 4 dont just bring me back a couple of pieces. How are we supposed to eat a large order of hummus without the beead?!?!

The service was fairly slow, although the restaurant was nearly empty. And the food was nothing special. They were stingy with the bread, and the chicken schwarma was soggy and somewhat bland. The experience, overall, was average.

Outstanding food and service. Portions are large and reasonable prices. Their garlic sauce is the best in the area. Rice side dish is great. Chicken shwarma is outstanding. Salad is huge and house dressing is made and sold there.

Their food is terrific. The outside looks kind of plain, but the food is just as good as the old La Shish places were, even better in some cases. Service is always pretty good too. Portions are huge.
