Theving management and they have no sense of urgency with online orders. We ordered from the online service twice and ended up waiting longer than people who walked in to order on both instances. We were offered coupons to make up for the inconvenience; however, when we used them the manager treated me like I stole the coupons. The coupons were never applied to the bill. We called several times to discuss with the manager and she never returned my call. Dont order online and dont expect management to listen to your complaints. I will never spend money in this establishment again.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and quaint. I like that the menu has options for people who dont want to create their own, and the price for everything is very easy to understand and reasonable. The staff were friendly and patient while people figured out the system. The food was good quality for the price, and their portions are big enough for two meals for the price of one. I loved it.

I love Qdoba. The portion size for price point I find reasonable, especially considering they do not charge extra for guacamole or double guacamole. The staff have always been friendly. The seating is comfy and clean. The bathrooms are always very clean. I love the decor. I love the variety on the menu I can even find something for my picky toddler. One of my favorite places to eat.

Great food, but the cashier rolled her eyes at me twice: once when I asked for chips and queso and a second time when I asked for a large drink. It looked like they had been through a huge lunch rush (the dining room was an absolute wreck) but there was no need for the eye rolling when I was being polite. Ive gone here many times and have never been treated like that.

Online posted time they close at 10pm and on the door it said 10pm they close. Walked in at 9:20 pm for the manager to tell me they were closed. The door was not locked nor did they follow behind me and lock the door. I took it as they were lazy and did not feel like serving us. Its ashame because I really like Qdoba just not that one. Id rate 0 stars if I could.

My experience was horrible!! Ordered my food online big order and they didnt get one thing right. Got two quesadillas they put cheese, tomatoes and onions. With no meat all I ordered was steak and cheese. How do you mess that up? I seriously dont understand idiots man.

It was really good when it first came into row but went down hill fast. Today I got burnt chicken, like 20 beans, and no peppers on my food even though I ordered it and we even talked about how they never have peppers ready anymore.

Last time i ate here, i ended up getting sick... Food was very cold. Wouldnt recommend going during the night time. Chipotles food tastes wayyy better. The food seems way more authentic at chipotle

I really enjoyed my first time at Qdoba. Staff was very nice and friendly with my kids. Food is definitely way better quality and far better taste than Chipotle or Moes. Big thumbs up

Im not a big fan of Qdoba - I prefer an alternative restaurant. But the food at Qdoba is good and fresh. If you are a fan, this restaurant will satisfy.
