I have ate here several times but never did a take out so I tried it tonight and what a joke. First would not take my credit card over the phone so I could have someone else pick up my food order. I have used my credit card at several other BWs all over the country. Second the girl taking the phone order was preoccupied with everything else around her. Ordered wings extra wet two blue cheese and two sauces with cheese curds. When my food was given to me by the person picking it up the order was wrong. They cooked my wings in a rub not sauce. Gave me no blue cheese and no extra sauce and the box was marked extra wet they gave me extra rub. Called back and talked to General Manager Greg he was very condescending and wanted to argue with me. He asked me what I wanted and I told him and he wanted to barter. He asked me again what I wanted and again I told him, again and he wanted to barter. He asked me three times. He could have made this a 5 min conversation but stretched it out about 20 min I do not see how this man is in the position whith the lack of customer service skills he has. After twenty min he gave me what I asked for he could have done it 20 min ago. GREG I want to make sure I spell your name correct since you spelled it to me six times during our conversation. After this ordeal I am not sure I want to eat there anymore in or out. GREG I pulled my credit card statements from the last two months of what I spent at your restaurant by my self and taking clients out to lunch or dinner GREG its $507.69 plus 18% tip to your servers. I hope your 20 min of being the big guy in charge was worth the cost of loosing a $500 plus customer. Something tells me corporate wont like this I am sure they owe a bunch on the new building. GREG hope it was worth it.

On Sept 22, 2015 I called in a "to-go-order" for 20 wings with 5 different sauces (4 wings each), 2 chicken tender orders, and a chicken salad order. When I picked my order up I asked "is it all there?" and received an affirmative reply. When I got home, I discovered the chicken salad was missing. I called Buffalos and received apologies and I returned to pick up the salad. When I got home again, I discovered I only received 16 wings versus the 20 I ordered and paid for. I called Buffalos again and I asked for a manager. When she answered she was cordial and asked what could they do to make up for their mistake. They offered a refund but I opted for coupons since I knew people that enjoyed Buffalos (my first visit to this store and only my second visit to any Buffalos.). I provided my email and thanked the manager. Well I am still waiting for the coupons! There could have been some confusing about my email but they have my phone number and my credit card numbers. You would think someone could figure it out? My recommendation is if you get a "to-go-order" make sure you physically check the order before you leave the facility. It will not be a problem for me since I will find some where else that has better service!

I used to love this place but its been on the decline the last few months. Today was definitely the kicker. We came in and were seated right away so that was great. The only positive thing I can say. I ordered a long island iced tea and received a Dr Pepper?? That makes sense yes? I didnt care either way and figured it was the universe telling me tip go cheap today so I said it was fine after making sure he knew it was incorrect though. I then ordered the new buffalo tender burger. And received a limp tender on a bun ( chicken sandwich) i would have said something to my waiter at this point as I was looking forward to the actual burger since my whole meal was an insert in the menu and the advertising was doing what its meant to do! However, I NEVER saw my waiter again. After15 minutes, I managed to flag down another server and get her to give me my check so I could leave. The only good thing I can say is because my entire order was wrong, my bill was much cheaper as I didnt have to pay for alcohol or a delicious burger. The service has lowered and Ive not had an experience in which nothing was incorrect in several months. I believe its time for me to start eating elsewhere

For anyone with a gluten intolerance... DO NOT GO HERE and DO NOT TRUST their "gluten-free" options!! I recently went to the BWW in Lawrence, KS, and, at first, when I asked about allergy concerns, they were very kind and brought over a whole extra packet of information. When I preceded to ask questions to double check that I would be okay, things started to get eery. After a few minutes, the manager came over to confess that they had been cross-contaminating in their "designated" fryers. She tried to beat around the bush, knowing they were in the wrong, but when I flat out asked if I would be okay, she said that if she was me, a "highly-sensitive gluten intolerant guest" that she would not order the "supposedly-gluten-free" traditional wings. From that point on, I did not trust their grills either because it was obvious that the manager had ZERO control of what was going on in that kitchen! I was not going to order a salad without the grilled chicken for over $11 so I had to sit, starving, all dinner long without any food. They were SO rude about it, which made it even worse. A gluten allergy is not fun for me either, but I apologize for almost being an inconvenience to them.

Typically a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but not any more. We ordered our food and it was good then next to our table on our ledge was a cockroach... we flagged down a waitress and told her about it and she told us shed take care of it and left us with the cockroach. About 6 to 8 minutes later our waitress returned and asked how everything was going and we told her and showed her the coachroach that was still less than 2 feet away from our food on the ledge. All she said was tell her if she could do anything to help and then proceeded to leave for the rest of our meal. Meanwhile a waiter sitting at a table behind us was telling other waiters about the cockroach and saying "Yeah, they just keep awkwardly looking around and at the cockroach. Why dont they just kill it? They should stop sitting there awkwardly looking at it." For the rest of our meal (20-30 minutes). The waitress never apologized for the incident or even came back to check on us until we made it obvious we wanted the check. Never going back there until something is done or the waiter get trained better. Horrible service.

We went here at my sons request to celebrate his 8th birthday. There was 8 of us and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for our table. When it came time for us to be seated were we seated at separate tables. I was NOT happy (whats the point in going out to eat as a family if you cant sit together?). Apparently they had a table ready for us but another group came in and just sat down (cmon people wait your turn!) My husband brought it to the managers attention and you know some places nowadays dont seem to care much about their customers satisfaction. The manager could have been like well why did you sit down in the first place? Instead his response was Give me a few minutes and Ill take care of it. He wasnt kidding either! He cleaned off the tables himself and within a few minutes we were all seated together. We enjoyed the rest of our evening celebrating my sons birthday with great service and the manager went out of his way to make sure my sons birthday was a memorable one. I really appreciate it and after we left even my son asked when we can go again. We will be back!
