Bread was tasty and warm. Brie had a great flavor but cold in the middle. The spinach salad with the mustard vinaigrette was EXCELLENT! The special, prime rib and mashed potatoes was delicious. It was odd that the special ONLY contained mashed potatoes and prime rib. A coupla broccoli florets would have been nice. Espresso was a tad bitter. Apple strudel was nice. Waitress and servers were courteous. Cost per person did not have to be so high but wine, espressos, and dessert add up. :)

Not having a reservation on a Friday night , finding a restaurant was difficult. After going in and out of (almost) every restaurant in the village, we were happy to just find a place where we didnt have to wait . The decor is nice/ cool , specially from outside and in the bar area. We ordered several items from the appetizer menu , few entrees and desert and wine. The overall experience was good.. Food was better than ok , but nothing great.

We skied hard in the deep powder of Vails back bowls and came in early with no reservation and big appetites! We were seated immediately and ordered the BEST Prim Rib I have had in a very long time. We added Sautéed Mushrooms, baked potato and split the Cesar salad, which was superb! The service was excellent. We left happy and full and ready for another ski day! I will recommend this restaurant to many.

After finishing an over priced average meal in a dank basement restaurant, our waiter chased our party outside to the street . The server was unhappy and loudly complained about his tip was not 18% of the total bill. Nice advertisment for the people standing outside. This restaurant has no customer service, and over priced food like many vacation towns, that don"t depend on repeat customers. SAD!

Great restaurant and bar in the heart of Vail. Excellent service will well prepared menus. The bar is well stocked and serves one of the best hot buttered rums you will find anywhere. This place can get busy so book ahead (they are on open table).

On Friday evening 6/24, we went in without a reservation were seated very quickly. Staff was professional & friendly. Atmosphere & setting were lovely. Food was excellent. I have the Rocky Mountain Trout & loved it.

The service was impeccable, and the prime rib was to die gout. My friend got the shrimp linguine and it was pretty spectacular as well. Will probably be coming here again before my departure from Vail.

Fabulously friendly staff... the food is absolutely out standing.... what to recommend.... the prime rib, the shrimp pasta ... Do treat yourself and go here!!! Wonderful summer setting!
