UPDATE JUN 1 2016: THEY HAVE MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION OPENED ON MAGAZINE Street REVIEW MY PHOTOS TO SEE THE MAP OF THE NEW LOCATION ................. I was highly impressed with this restaurant the Korean food was excellent. The server constantly checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed I really enjoyed it here. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because they open up at 5 p.m. if they opened up earlier it would be 5 stars hands down. The food is incredible and I cannot stress enough how tasty it is and the fact that it is healthy adds to it. I highly recommend and they are opening up a new establishment on Magazine Street June 2016 Im definitely going because they will have built-in BBQ Pits in the tables.

Had the best time at this little place. Great feel, and super cozy. Let me start by saying I have never been to a restaurant and drank the water they bring to the table. For the sake of the tap, however the water did not taste like tap it was actually drinkable thumbs up for that. The price was modest for 2 people seemed like the average you spend when your eating out for 2. I had my home cooked, girl you did that spicy oxtail soup. Only I did not cook, Little Korea did. And to top off the soup from heaven. The service was great and everyone wanted to refill youre drinks, so your assigned waiter was well assisted also. LKBBQ is a great place to check out.

Food alone was delicious. Every dish was wonderfully prepared from the kimchi to the cocktails and everything in between. My only complaint is I feel that for the atmosphere and the service, it was not worth the higher price point for that style of food. I felt it was more upscale prices for casual environment. I get they are on Magazine Street and are doing something a little harder to find than say Vietnamese or Chinese. However, I went to a little hole in the wall in Biloxi and felt the food was just as good for almost half the price. I would recommend it, but Im not running back any time soon.

The meat here was top notch and delicious. The bulgogi and galbi was amazing and the sides were delicious as well. The jap chae was slightly disappointing, it wasnt bad but it didnt measure up to the rest of the food I tried. The pricing was a bit on the high side but not outrageous. However, the torture device masquerading as chairs here are supremely uncomfortable. It would be nice to be able to lean back and relax but that was not possible as the chairs have zero back support outside of a small amount in your lower back, which does nothing but enhance the torture experience if you try to lean back.

We had a great time at Little Korea BBQ. The staff was friendly and quite helpful with the grill. The Mandoo Gook (Dumpling soup) was excellent, but the seafood could have been better. The Korean BBQ Grill items that we ordered were really good. The Bulgogi (Marinated Beef) was my least favorite; the Gochujang Dwaeji Bulgogi (spicy pork shou;lder butt) was my favorite; and the Caljip Samgyupsal (pork belly) was good, although I think I can grill it better next time. Our waiter gave us hot tea to go, and that was very, very nice of him.

Forgive the taco bell chic, because the food and service are great. The quality is very good and everything is served with rice and refillable side dishes that are different and fresh daily, so its a good deal. Also, korean food is traditionally eaten family style and their portions are big, so its good to makw it a group outing. The kimchi is also very good, and they make it in house. Its one of my favorite new orleans restaurants, and Im excited to see what new things theyll have at their new magazine st. location.

I was a regular on the old location and in the new one I definitely wasnt disappointed. The lunch menu was portioned well and we had an endless supply of kimchi at request. The atmosphere is much more sophisticated and the tabke grills look quite impressive. Although I miss the old family feel, the staff still bring in that sense of family and its always a warm welcome whenever we come. I highly recommend it. Ive been dedicated to this restaurant for a few years and Ive never been disappointed.

First let me say that I absolutely love korean dishes. Perhaps its because Im African-American and spices play a considerable role in our diet; but whos to say. Most of the well prepared meals Ive had have been in Virginia near military post of course, but that was in the 90s. I found a decent place in Baltimore a few years back, but havent found another awsome tasting place until Id dined here. Pricey but definitely worth the bill and a healthy portion for the price.

Nice atmosphere love the grill! The food was better at the other location but this was good as well Down side No room you are literally eating on top of each Other and stacking your plates one on top the other It was REALLY cold we were all freezing Also one of the dishes was really not good all of us at the table just really did not like it At other restaurants amends would have been made for the unlocked meal not even a thought to that here

I went here for lunch on a weekend. The food was terrible. I wasnt expecting extremely authentic Korean food...but at least get close to it. I had Kimchi and some Bulgogi...it was horrible!!! The meat was cooked in a lemon pepper sauce, which is def not the way its supposed to be prepared. The the server we had was terrible too. The only thing they had right was the price...it was very expensive which is typical in a Korean restaurant.

One star less than perfect because the AC was still misbehaving when we were there. The food was very good, though, came with lots of little plates with condiments, pickles etc. I also loved the fact they serve cold barley tea instead of water. Will visit again once the AC is working properly (really wanted to try the table grills, but it was just too hot for that) and will be happy to amend my rating then.

This restaurant I thought would be great but it was pretty disappointing. Good was nothing more than average. We got the Korean bbq and our waiter asked me if I knew how to work the bbq, and I told him yes, he comes back later and kept turning our meat. I am Korean and cooked Korean bbq enough to know how to cook it. Inside was very clean and well lit. I will not be going back to this place

I would say they serve decent Korean food. We had soon dubu (soft tofu) soup, bulgogi dolsot (beef stony hot pot) bibimbob, and spicy pork. Given that this is the only Korean restaurant I could find in NO, food was nice (though not excellent). Restaurant was not so busy. From the restaurant title, I assume they are known for BBQ grill.

Food was really good. Over expectations. Having a lot of experience in Korean food, I was really satisfied. Side dishes are the best Ive had in a Korean restaurant. Kimchi is just fantastic. Their tofu is incredible as well. And things are not too sweet, which I love. Just the right balance.
