My family and I eat at BWW all the time in Tulsa, so when I was working in Bartlesville my co work and I decided to eat there since the lunch menu is so affordable. Usually at the Tulsa location I order the 8 piece boneless off the lunch and then pay the few $ extra for the 12piece, I was informed that they do not do that in Bartlesville I would have to order 2 8 piece meals if I want more. I had noticed when being sat a sign said that their special was $0.99 chicken tenders w/ the minimum being 2 so I decided to order that. After waiting for my meal, my 8 piece came out and I was informed by the waiter that they were no longer doing the special. At no time did a manger or any other staff member speak to us to explain or apologize for the mix up. I felt sorry for our waiter he mentioned he had only been employed 2 days. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any BWW.

Waiter wasnt as attentive as we would have liked, we had to keep flagging him down but his section did seem busy. We had the Buffalo mac and cheese and the cheese curd bacon burger. Husband said the burger was okay, but not worth the 11$. Buffalo mac, it was awful. Literally it was noodles with some cheese strands with crumbles and buffalo sauce (chicken wasnt too bad). Then you reached the middle and found the "cheese sauce" I asked the waiter to bring me some ranch just to make it edible. I wasnt impressed on the wings the last time I was here but that may be the only thing this place has for market value. Wont be back. Only gave 2 stars because the waiter was ok.

horrible service -- waited several minutes to order our drinks, had to ask for silverware, our drinks were empty for over 5 minutes, then the waiter brought our receipt and said here you go...we werent ready to leave to be honest -- prob would have had another beer or so and was going to order a to go of wings but instead we said screw it and left -- will NEVER go back to that location -- tulsa location and ba location tons better! not even comparable!

Went there today at around 8pm. We were seated immediately because the place was mostly empty. Waited over 10 minutes without anyone so much as acknowledging we were there. Then, as we were walking out due to lack of service, we were told "Thanks, have a good night!" by no less than four employees who were standing near the door. Cant say I recommend it...

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and was excited when one came to Bartlesville. Unfortunately the service and food quality really dropped off after the first month. The service is especially horrible time after time and they consistently botch our pick up orders. Atmosphere is good for Bartlesville but the service is some of the worst Ive ever experienced.

This restaurant is terrible compared to other BWW we have visited. 30 min just to order, waited 15 min for a refill, the bathrooms are broken and dirty, and the staff spends more time walking around looking busy then taking care of the customers. Except for Luigis and Soho Japanese steak house, this is a typical dining out experience in Bartlesville.

NEVER AGAIN!! Food Poisoning!! The food tasted ok, but after fighting to get to waitresss attention (she was too busy trying to get laid to wait on us) with only 6 other patrons @ 9pm, all for an $8.00 burger, I paid the local E.R. a $756.55 bill for a CT scan, to be treated for food poisoning. Never again I have never been that sick in my life.

The food was good, however the service was slow and the waitress seemed very frustrated. Being a former waitress, I understand how some days can be overwhelming-but please take a minute to calm down in the back before approaching your customers with a salty attitude.

we ordered Barbeque chicken wings and we thought they would be huge, but turns out we had to wait a hour while the person in charge of our food visited with other people. I do not recommend Buffalo Wild Wings in Bartlesville

This is the second location where my experience was unpleasant. It took the 40 minutes to get our foods and another 10 minutes to get our cc back. Also never got a refills.

This is a fun family friendly environment for a sit down meal. You can even have a drink if you want while catching the game .
