Such a horrible customer service. My friend and I waited for 20 minutes and no one bothered to give us even the menu , leave alone the order. Our team of 15 had come 40 minutes earlier and were waiting for their order for more than 40 minutes. Considering that a reservation was made , the food should have been ready. My friend and I just left after being unattended for more than 25 min and I was surprised to see that the entire team also lost patience and left the restaurant as their food wasnt served even after waiting for close to a hour.. The hotel management didnt even bother to ask us to why we were leaving and we are taking about a team of more than 15. I havent such a horrible customer service any where

This is hands down the most beautifully elegant yet retaining ethnic charm Indian restaurant Ive been to in recent memory in the United States. The food will not let you down either. Its not superb but is around the lines of Tava further south by 25 odd or so miles. I definitely recommend this over the other Indian restaurants in the area. A word of caution however, the chef is Punjabi and the south Indian food is disappointing so stick to the northern cuisine. The customer service here is excellent. The manager took every effort to accommodate special requests at my table.

Well what can I say. Maybe our choice of food wasnt that great or may be it was just one of those days. However asked for Lamb Byriani and my friend got a lamb curry with nan. I thought my byriani was bit heavy on salt but than I tried the lamb curry. Too salty for my taste. Ambiance is nice but "best food in town", I seriously doubt that. Ok to top that I asked for another bag for my to go and the girl was - you want another bag??? It was as if they want to ensure that we dont visit again. Absolutely disappointing.

have never ever wrote a review for anything on the internet before no matter how strongly I felt, but this restaurant has made me cross that hurdle. My son is highly allergic to nuts and we inform every restaurant that we go to we cannot have nuts in our meal. Long story short, this restaurant served us nuts, ruined our fathers day celebration, and was basically unapologetic for it. $80 is a low price to pay to understand how they treat their customers.

The Masala Chicken I had for lunch was amazing; my friend enjoyed her Masala Lamb, too. We practically licked our bowls clean. Our waiter was very attentive and brought water, drinks, food, etc quickly and with a friendly demeanor. We sat out on the patio, which was lovely. The manager also checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will definitely be going back again.

I really enjoy having an Indian restaurant in the suburbs. We had a great meal: samosas, dosa with potatoes, okra, mutter paneer, rice, garlic naan. The service was excellent and friendly. The ambience is Comfortable and welcoming. The manager, Rich Baca, is very accommodating and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Great place for the whole family. We will be back!

We took the Tour of India thali which came with 3 curries - lamb vindaloo, paneer korma and chicken tikka masala. It also had 2 samosas, salad, papad, Naan, rice and Gulab jamun. Everything was amazingly delicious. Lamb vindaloo was one the best I have ever had. I can visit this place every day. Highly recommend.

I went here because they just opened and this is very close to my office. Customer service was very good, however, they do not have a buffet and you have to order off the menu. The portions were small and the taste of the food was average. I would not come here again unless they make some changes.

It is certainly an expensive Indian restaurant around Chicagoland, but the quality of the food and service at the restaurant are exemplary. The atmosphere is unlike any other Indian restaurant. One disappointing is that the south Indian dishes are expensive and not on par. One star down for it.

Great food, the manager takes good care of you and has done a great job with the service team. They are very efficient. We will come back. Had the dosa appetizer and four it to be a nice version of a normal dose, it was two dosas with the chutney. Could be a meal.

Positive: Decent Ambience Negative: Very limited lunch options, especially if you are a vegetarian. The thali during lunch has the same curry every single day. Dinner pricey, small portions. Did not see a wow factor

I would stay away from this place. It seems like they provide Indian packet food and warm it up in microwave and serve you. Customer is also bad, we did not hear sorry when our order was messed up.

Very bad service. I did wait for one hour to get my food after placing order. They had less staff. They should improve their service. Taste was also average.

A good place to go for dosas. The Kathi rolls are not quite what I expected, more like an Indian burrito as they are filled with rice too. Nice ambiance.
