Second time eating here! The first time was very memorable. The fish masala and palak paneer was incredibly delicious. They also had this amazing sweet naan that wasnt on the menu but my friend asked about it and they said they could do it for us. The garlic naan was also great. We had some leftovers, which was super delicious the next day too! Today we went for the lunch buffet. The buffet area seemed smaller than other Indian buffet places weve been, but I think the area was just more condensed because they still had a lot of standard Indian buffet items. No palak paneer though. The curries were still good. The rice pudding was... ok... the rice was a bit harder. The mango lassi came and looked fancy and tasted pretty good. The place is clean and the people were nice there. :) The decor is also eclectic... You get a little bit of discount if you pay in cash.

We changed our caterers to Haveli after our original caterers bailed out on us a week before our wedding. They were extremely professional and amazingly affordable! The day of our wedding they had everything ready in a timely manner and most importantly the quality and flavors of the food were indescribable. We received so many well deserved compliments on the food and I several people who hadnt ever eaten Indian food (mostly from fear of the spiciness) were converted. I think Haveli has gained several new customers after this successful dinner and they definitely have a life-long customer in me and my husband. I strongly recommend this Madison (Fitchburg) restaurant!

Worst Indian place in Madison I have ever been. I went to this place to have a snack. They seated us. But when they realized that we are going to get an appetizer and not the main course, they wanted us to leave saying that they only allow to eat in the restaurant if you spend enough money. The restaurant was totally empty!! This clearly reflects that they give least importance to costumer and all they care is money. I would recommend people to try other Indian restaurant in the area than this.

Haveli Restaurant possesses several good features. The quality of food is uniformly high. The staff are very helpful in preparing the food with the level of spiciness that we want. The staff remembered me starting the second time I came to order food and are very good at pleasant conversation. The restaurant offers a 10% discount for cash, which no one complains about (!). All in all an excellent place to dine in or take out food. I recommend Haveli very highly.

I cannot rave enough about how much I love this place! The food is hot and delicious, The buffet has no base spice you you can add as much or as little as you want to your dish. Ordering off the menu is also fantastic, the wait staff take the time to explain everything to you if you need it. William and Francisco are amazing and funny and super nice. You HAVE to try this place out, its the BEST Indian cuisine in town - hands down.

The palak paneer is fantastic and the naan bread -scrumptious it had the perfect consistency and flavor. The mango lassi is also quite tasty. And the service is good everyone is quite friendly and helpful. I also tried the mushroom marsala and the shrimp marsala they were quite different from each other but both incredibly delicious. Even the rice here had great flavor which really complemented all the dishes.

Staff is super friendly, take out orders are quick (normally under a half hour), and food is amazing! My sister has spent substantial time in India and Singapore, which has a large Indian population, and she even liked the place and says it is even authentic. Hands down my favorite restaurant, not just Indian restaurant but straight up restaurant, in the Madison area.

My favorite Indian in Madison - I lived downtown, but would frequently drive down to get some excellent dinner for two. The service is exemplary, and the taste always delights! Remember to bring cash for discount! Im pretty particular about quality ingredients and you can taste that they use higher quality ingredients here than at some of the other places around town.

Haveli serves delicious, fresh and authentic food. I have enjoyed my food every time. The service is attentive and gracious. The atmosphere, is cozy, sophisticated, perfect for an intimate dinner or my womans club lunches. I am happy such a fine Indian restaurant is here in Fitchburg. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to have many meals there.

We went in forty minutes before closing. They accommodated us and helped us choose the best menu options. The Mango Milk Shake and Aloo Tikki chat was good. The ambience is really very good. Service is excellent. Francis, who served us was very courteous and played a major role in making this a very enjoyable experience for us.

Recently went here with a group of 7 without a reservation. They moved some tables and accommodated us very quickly. When taking our order they offered to split the check many ways!! I enjoyed the meat dinner special with my partner and we loved it! The butter chicken is where its at. Imported and domestic beers in bottles.

The best Indian place in town! Went here for dinner and the atmosphere was pleasant and not crowded. I tried all the plates at the table and all of them were great! If you want delicious indian food, great servers and service, you should go here. I hear their lunch buffet is great too. Wish they did delivery though.

Great first dining experience. The vindaloo (asked for it to be prepared as spicy as possible) delivers a kick of flavorful heat that you wont find elsewhere in Madison. That is enough to make this place a winner in my book, but the appetizers, naan, other dishes, and desserts were all fantastic too. Really impressed.

This place is close to where I live but it aint one of the best Indian restaurants in town. I do not know about non-vegetarian food but I am not a fan of vegetarian food here. The taste they deliver is about okay. Service is good. I go to this place when I dont want to travel far. But its never my 1st choice.

The food here is flavorful and well-made. The lamb samosas are delicious and big! We also love the garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, and lamb curry. We love this place and are always treated like family by the friendly, accommodating staff.

Excellent dinner and great buffet. Glad I dont have to travel to Middleton to Dhaba as this is owned by the same person so the good quality and service are here. Nice atmosphere and prices are fine for the extremely tasty food.

I go here all the time for my Indian cuisine fix, and Ive always had a great experience. With a large menu that keeps you coming back and friendly service, Haveli has become my go-to for Indian food on the West side.

Solid Indian food. Really like their naan and butter chicken. Have a large menu and their samosas are really good. Good price and almost never a wait. Their lunch buffet is an amazing value.
