Cant speak about the food since we waited for 15 minutes without being greeted by the server. When we arrived, it was steady but not busy. They had one server per side about (total of about 15 tables each side). I had to ask the hostess for water after waiting about 8 minutes with no contact from anyone who worked there. Upon looking around, we noticed 3 other tables that were there before us wsiting to order food. After 15 minutes we were told about the short staff situation and when asked to simply order with the hostess and sit at the "bar", we received a lot of push back to the point we left. Upon leaving we counted about 6 employees (2 managers, 2 hostesses, 2 servers). When youre that short staffed you need all hands on deck and 4 of the employees were not being utilized. Poorly managed.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! We waited 10 mins just to get a jar of water. The place was full and most people were already served but there wee at least 3-5 tables that didnt even have water. Horrible service and some of the staffs attitudes were even worse. Dont spend your money there unless youre into bad service and inattentive employees.

Waitress (Onalee) was terrible and very grouchy!! Walked away as we were speaking to her. Was rude when placing food on the table. Misplaced food, no water refills. Food was GREAT. Service not so much! Manager (Ben) tried to alleviate the problem but there could still be some improvement.

Time pasted by...5 minutes...10 minutes... it was 2:30, and only 3 tables had people, we couldnt get a drink order. We walked out. The manger didnt care to assist the manner, he was too busy on the phone. The worst service of my life. POOR SERVICE!

Bob Evans just never gives up. He wants you happy and fed up when you leave the restaurant. Hes never let me down, yet. Food is always served up well, always hot and juicy. Staff is very friendly.

Fair value and food but expect snotty waitresses. I once asked for a side and was told it would cheaper to go buy it at local grocery store. Go over to the one Rossford for better service.

Best can of Al-Po Ive had in awhile. Just kidding. Had the Steak & Eggs. Cooked correctly and to order, served still hot. Not bad for Bobs . Great service from both Victoria and Kristen.
