On many many occasions I have had multiple issues with this pizzahut location. Countless times Ive ordered and had it delayed or completely messed up. Most of the time it arrives cold. On many occasions the manager will just apologize and offer a credit on the next order. Now I have always like pizzahut so I reluctantly accept and eventually order again. I probably order once or twice a month. On this last order on 02/25/2015 I ordered 4 orders of wings, was told it would be an hour. Hour passed I called, they said its on way. 30 Mins later it finally arrived, guy hands me 4 cold boxes, I could tell they were cold by the fact not even the box was warm, but I paid with my card so it was already charged. Food was so damn cold it wasnt even room temperature. The wings looks dry with the tiniest amount of sauce sprinkle on parts and not on others. It was unacceptable. So I called and was told I was given another credit towards my next purchase, sure no problem. NOT! So I called tonight 02/27/2015 to order and was told I have no credit, I ask to speak to a manager and I get the rudest excuse for a manager I have ever spoke to. This "Area GM" was so rude and insulting he was basically accusing me of bullshitting. He went to saying I havent ordered since October and Im not in the system and basically told me tough luck about my shitty order. I will never order from this pizzahut again. Their managers are nice and care about fixing their mistakes, but this "Area GM" is a sorry excuse for a manager let alone an "Area Trainer" like he wanted to say over and over. Worst experience ever.

Dont let the blatant false advertising fool you. Their "fried" mozzarella sticks are NOT fried. Not only that but they come to you cold and the breading on them feels more like eating sand. Even my dog wouldnt eat them. On top of this I ordered off the app with the pizza tracker and the tracker said my order was in route and hour before it actually arrived. I love the Pizza Hut pastas and ordered a tray of both kinds (pregnancy made me unable to decide which I wanted) so I ordered both knowing I love them and would be able to heat up any leftovers happily... not the case. The meat in the marinara on my pasta was so soggy it was hard to swallow because it seemed more raw than cooked, and the chicken in my Alfredo pasta was so dry and overcooked that I was done a couple bites in. The breadsticks were hard and cold. I had to heat them up in my microwave just to get them soft enough to chew. I am sad that this is the location that delivers to my house. I will be avoiding Pizza Hut for dinner for a while.... UPDATE: I am NIW missing work due to food poisoning. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

I love pizza hut but this location has gotten my order wrong 3 out of 4 times. I wait on hold for close to 10 minutes at a time to get cold food 1 and half hours later. I usually just take the credit but I really did not want to eat this pizza so I called for a reorder. They apologized and told me they will correct it and send out another one asap. I call 30 mintues later just for an eta they tell me its on its way. I wait an hour and call back. They dont know what Im even talking about. WOW. I think I will have to move before I order again. Too much of a hassle PS. I finally got my pizza 1 and half hours later with no sauce at all on it. Third pizza is on its way for the last time they ever have to deliver here. 6 hours later I will be finally enjoying a pizza. LETS HOPE!!!

Leslie was the worst. I will not be ordering from store 744202 . She was rude and inconsiderate. She had no care and knowledge about what to do. Online promised me our pizza in less than 1 hour and Leslie cancelled our order. She stated "the money will return to your card in about 24hrs" and "well if we deliver it I dont know what time you going to receive it, we close at 12" I asked her for a confirmation number or email and she declined. I worked for pizza hut for over 2 years and still ordered from them because I felt as though they had the best customer service. I am so disappointed. I ended up ordering from Papa Johns. I will never order from pizza hut again. Someone was also yelling in the background.

Been on hold since 10:45 pm and its now 11:00 pm and nobody has answered. I only called because when I tried to order online it said delivery had ended already at 10:45 PM even though it says on the same website that they are open for delivery until 12AM. Seems like none of the restaurants around here that say they are open until 12AM or 1AM actually stay open until the posted time. Thanks KFC/Taco Bell supposed to be open til 1 am on weekends but is completely shut down when I went at 12 am, and Pizza Guy that wouldnt answer at 12:30 am on the weekend when they are supposedly open til 2 am, and the Kwik Mart in front of Kroger that is supposedly open 24 hours but is closed every night.

The delivery driver got lost on the way actually tried to deliver our order to a different apartment complex. After he got here he noticed that he only had our pizza and did not have the other things we ordered so would have to go back. Pizza - the pizza itself wasnt too bad and had plenty of toppings including an extra one we didnt actually order but all was good. Wings - we have now learned our lesson not to order wings from pizza hut as they ABSOLUTELY SUCK! Not sure how they got it so wrong since Dominos manage it okay but the wings were really terrible. Overall the whole experience was pretty poor and will stick to dominos for future orders.

Ive lived in the area for 7 years and its sad to see that this Pizza Hut has never improved. Its actually notorious for being the worst location to order from but today I tried to give them the yearly chance to regain my business and as usual it was a major let down. The order was 100% wrong and after calling this in, the guy said it was because he was very busy and forgot. I went back for a refund and they gave me cash when I paid with a credit card bc he did not know how to use the machine. I understand no place is perfect but this location has earned its bad reputation. I would not recommend this pizza hut.

Absolutely terrible. I was told they had a 6 hour delivery time so I picked up. I ordered a thin crust pizza and received stuffed crust which isnt the worst mistake but I didnt feel like waiting for a new pizza. I also ordered breadsticks and didnt check them before I left but when I got to my hotel I looked and it was literally just the dough with no seasoning on them and it was burnt on top of that. The pizza itself was terrible too. The sauce tasted horrible and was a brownish color. I never write reviews but with this bad of an experience I felt I needed to. I would definitely not recommend this pizza hut.
