Pizza is very good, but be advised about delivery nightmares and owners level of customer service! We called and placed a delivery order at 5:53pm and they read back our address correctly to confirm , we get a call from the delivery guy at 7pm saying he is lost. It is now 7:15pm. We call back the delivery guys number and now we have his father is yelling at us. Apparently the delivery guy went home with our food before arriving. We then call the pizza place back and question where our food is. The food finally arrives an hour and a half later. The pizzeria fought us on discount and threatened to take the food back. After much arguing, they gave us approx 50% off for ice cold pizza. The receipt also had the wrong address.

I have been a customer for a long time. The Danbury location SUCKS! After several tries and receiving cold food, missing utensils with RUDE service, I draw the line. What I do get from the owner is excuses of how hard it is to find good people. Really?? how about some training with expectations. Better yet if Im going to spend $30.00 on lunch or $40 + on dinner several times a week, how about good, warm food with great service without excuses?

Ordered from them about 3 times and asked for delivery and every time they got my order wrong, called up the manager explaining my order has been wrong numerous times they told me they would fix the problem each time. I decided to give them another chance and ordered from them again an they told me they werent allowed to deliver to me anymore and that I need to call and apologize to the manager!! Never went back.

I have never been to this pizza shop before today but I was in the area and thought Id try it with a friend and while looking at the menu the waitress made a comment on my political pin on my jacket and told me I should put it in the trash. I walked out without ordering any food and I will never return. I never felt so insulted by walking into a pizza shop and trying to place an order.

Rude unprofessional staff. Food is over priced and not good. We been ordering from here at least once a week with our crazy work schedules but are always disappointed with the food. Done with Basilco. The good thing is, there are a ton of other great Italian places around here!

The pizza is great, the wait staff is friendly, and most of the pasta dishes are very good. Its a classic pizza and Italian restaurant, great for a family meal or lunch or dinner with friends. You have to try the escarole and bean soup! The prices are very reasonable.

Ordered a pizza, salad, wrap, and fries. Took over an hour and 45 mins to deliver with no excuse except "the delivery guy should be there any minute" everything was cold and mushy. Maybe they food was edible when made but not an hour and 45 minutes later.

Their Chicken Scarpiello (sp?) Is so good... my favorite dish. The penne with sausage and broccoli rabe is another great dish, though I wish they didnt chop the broccoli rabe so much... prefer bigger pieces. Service is always friendly and warm.

Clean and well decorated. Staff polite and professional. Food exceptional, service excellent. Leo the owner stopped by table to make sure I was satisfied. Tracy was the best server I ever experienced.

Great pizza place with plenty of seating, although I usually grab my orders to go. They also deliver if youre feeling lazy. Aside from the pizza, Im a big fan of their grinders on a sesame seed roll.

Lettuce that was in my salad was old, and had black spots on it, chicken parm was missing salt, my chicken parm grinder was burnt and missing the flavor of Italy.
