Golden Dragon took 1 hour 50 minutes to deliver my food. I calle and complained and the guy claimed he told me 2 hours (rudely). Um, I dont thik so. I never wouldve ordered from them if they said that. The idiot told me 45 mins. I told him off and he hung up on me. This is the 2nd time they did this to me. Once I called an hour and a half before my lunch break to have them deliver to my house so me and my boyfriend could eat together on his day off. I had to go back to work with no lunch cuz they didnt show up! Then they showe up about a half hour after I went back to work. Think they gave me a discount on my order either time? NOPE! Think I even got an apology either time? NOPE! They are ALWAYS late and your food is cold half the time. If you go in and take out the food is MUCH better. Its like they slop the delivery food together messily and dont give a crap. If youre there in person they carefully put your food in bags. I doubt ill ever order from them again even if theydo have the best egg rolls and hot and sour soup in town after veing treate so rudely.

By far, the WORST place Ive ever ordered from in my entire life! I placed an order for some coworkers and I and the total came to $45. But when they delivered, we were missing some lo mein and fried rice. So I called to see what had happened and this man who didnt speak English very well answered and started yelling at me. The only thing I got to say was, "I placed an order and it was just delivered but we noticed some things missing..." He started screaming at me saying that it wasnt on the screen and shouting the name of my workplace over and over and saying, "What is that?!??" I didnt understand why he was getting so upset. Then a younger man got on the phone and apologized and I could STILL here that guy shouting in the back about how the items werent ordered. So I ended up paying $55 total for what should have actually been way less than that. I will NEVER order from them again. Plus, the food was NOT that good. Golden Dragon, if youre reading this, I hope you go out of business. Because Im going to spread the word about your horrible customer service.

Food was great until... I coughed up and pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. Im in the army I dont get hung up too much over disgusting things like that but when I called and informed the manager (in which he decides to have one of his employees to relay his messages to me instead of speaking to me directly when hes clearly heard in the background) he stated that "its just one of those win lose situations".." if I wanted to bring it in they would replace it" instead of resending another meal after leaving a generous tip to the driver.... Win lose? I guess that means get $15 from a guy and lose him as a customer and let him rant negatively on a review of his establishment risking the loss of future customers.

For take out Chinese, this is my FAVORITE! Their sesame chicken is SOOOOO yummy! MMMM-HMMMM! I only have that on special occasions though because its more of a desserty item than a dinner (its very sweet! but I still love love love it!). For just a regular lunch/dinner item my favorite is their cashew chicken (it has lots of veggies too). Ive tried cashew chicken from other take out locations around town but keep coming back to this one even though its a longer drive for me, this is the best! I also love their sweet-n-sour anything, and shrimp w/mixed veg (and the scallops addition to this is awesome too!). I like their broc beef (one time it came with too much oil, other times it was fine).

We ordered from the Golden Dragon once or twice a week (3 times this week aprox $80.00 total spent this week), tonight we were shorted an egg roll so we called them and they told us we were LYING! We were shocked! We will NEVER order from them again. They are very pricey (32.00) for a dinner for two but we didnt mind paying that until we were accused of lying about a $2.00 egg roll. BIG mistake Golden Dragon... as we will tell everyone we know about this little incident. We will be finding a new place to order our Chinese from now. Stir Fry 88 in the Oakwood Mall has delicious food at a very reasonable price consider giving them a try before you get insulted as we did at the Golden Dragon.

I used to eat here about every other week. I would get unusually sick where bacterial white plaques would sprout up on my throat. It would develop quickly over the course of just a day. I would wake up in the middle of the night hardly able to breathe and cough up the lining of my esophagus. I developed no other symptoms. This has happened on three separate occasions all after consuming food from this restaurant. I havent been back since I narrowed down the cause, and these symptoms have not returned. If you eat at this place and develop similar symptoms, please contact the FDA.

I asked how many fortune cookies I would get with my food and they said 5 so I didnt order extra. They didnt deliver any at all. I called and well... still no cookies and its the next day. The food was super oily too. Never had that issue there and I complained about it too. The driver wasnt going to give me my soda I had to ask for it and wait for him to go to the street to get it.

This place is the WORST place EVER. Dont waste your time or money ordering from this worthless place. My coke was delivered to me 1/2 empty, and the sweet n sour sauce I ordered wasnt brought. The kid told me, "i made a mistake, deal with it" then told me the manager told him to hang up on me! Are you f*ing kidding me?

Best Chinese in town. Yes the gentleman that works there is rude the delivery is slow but that just shows you how good the food is and how many people order. However i have never had it take more then 15 min to pick up my food. And the food is the best Chinese in the Chippewa Valley. I never go anywhere else for Chinese!

Not sure why these guys have a bad rating, they were very nice and respectful, delivered within 15 mins and were reasonably priced and the food is great. 5 stars. Too bad a local business has to fight out of the poor rating they have when they really are good! Give some 5 star reviews!

I had this place at a 5 star for over a year. I tried to call to place a large order for my family and I never had a business speak so down to me. I just hung up halfway threw my order. Im going to give GD a break for a few months and see if anything changes.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The employees are friendly. The food is great and made quickly. Prices are comparable to similar restaurants. The dining area is spacious and clean, and delivery/take-out is fast.
