Went here because my girlfriend had a hankering for it. Boy did that opinion change after our experience today. I ordered onion soup and $10 angel hair and meatballs. My girlfriend ordered quesadillas and a side of onion rings. First round of food served: "bread" in a basket. It was more like bread flavored bubblegum. The rolls were so doughy they were practically inedible. Next up, my onion soup. Upon initial inspection, the cheese was burned, but the soup itself was not bad (a little salty for my taste). Next up were the entrees. My girlfriends quesadilla was super-saturated with greese. She had to drain it then dab it with a napkin for it to be edible. The onion rings were satisfactory except the one that was extraordinarily chewy. My angel hair and meatballs were not a $10 dish... by far. there was plenty of pasta and water, the sauce was atrocious, and there were only 2 meatballs. Even though the meatballs were not satifactory, I still expected less pasta and more meatballs for that price. After this catastrophe, we just wanted to get the bill and pay so we could leave this place for good. No dice. It took our waitress 22 minutes to get our check to us. If you like subpar food and poor service, this could be the place for you, otherwise just move on.

Ordered a large pizza for takeout a few days ago, woman answers the phone takes my order tells me 40 min and rudely hangs up on me. I come to pick up the pizza after 40min and they tell me there is no pizza or order for it. I asked for a manager and I had to wait for them to make my pizza, I expect this kind of service from McDonalds employees. Will never come here again.

Food is always delicious here and the owner is a great guy! Very well managed and good service. I have dined in and gotten take out on numerous occasions and have NEVER had a complaint. Food quality is fantastic, and good size portions for a good price. Always my go-to place in Agawam.

This place looks a little cheesy from the outisde with beer signs in the windows but it was a lot nicer inside. The staff was very attenive and the food came out quick and was exactly how I ordered it. If Im in town again I would diffinetly go back.

This place was gross I had found a bug in my hot chocolate I also had the mozzarella sticks and the bread tasted like fried dough it was gross I wouldnt recommend going there.
