I ordered the chicken marsala and caprese salad. My salad had no balsamic vinaigrette, just tomatoes and mozzerella, and the tomatoes were still green. I dont think they actually cooked the Chicken Marsala in any kind of wine or sauce. The dish arrived cold and consisted of just chicken, mushrooms, oil and pasta. No additional flavoring added. It had an incredibly metallic taste as well. I had to actually drain the excessive amount of butter and oil from the dish and make my own marsala sauce. If I wanted the inconvenience of making my own food this evening, I would have never ordered out. I dont know if this was a one-time mistake with just my dish or if all the food at this establishment is this way, but I will never order from here again. Very dissapointed.

I have been eating at this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, lately the food has really gone downhill. The last pizza my family and I ordered was cold and the crust was very tough and almost black. Tonight my son and I got the strombolis. The vegetable toppings tasted almost raw and the sausage(which there was WAY too much of) was so salty we had to scrape it all out. When I told our server she said that she would tell the cook and that they had been having complaints about it. Really? And yet you are still serving it and expect your customers to pay for that? From now on we will drive the few extra miles to Valentions in Rowlett.

I was there at lunch and ordered the manicotti and side salad with the house dressing off the lunch menu. The salad was larger than I expected. It was crunchy and fresh and the house vinigarette dressing was very good. The manicotti had so much cheese on it that I couldnt taste the manicotti. I would probably not order the manicotti again because of this but overall the meal was good. They provided bread while we waited for the entrees and the bread was okay but not hot at all. I didnt hate the meal and although I would return its unlikely Id be in any hurry to do so. This place is forgettable.

I have enjoyed Napoli for a few years now. The food is great, the atmosphere is comfy, and the service is good. Yesterday, my wife called in the order but she mistakenly only ordered one of a certain dish. When I went to pick up the meal, I noticed the discrepancy and brought it to their attention. They pointed out that only one was ordered but quickly got another one going and kept my other four dishes warm while it waited. The dinner was finished in no time. We will definitely be back

I wish I could give no stars. Me and my bf went here, and everyone there did not come off as welcoming, we sat and waited 5mins before service. Then, the waitress didnt come back for like 15mins to take our order. What was weird was that there was a group of 4 preppy boys that came in 15mins after us, but they got quicker service, and were already eating way before us; I didnt want to throw the race card out there, but...

I stopped for lunch and asked Gabriela for a salad which she prepared very fast. The salad was great and the service was excellent. A few days later I brought my wife and again we had a great experience, the waitress remembered me by name. This is by far the best pizza in town. The staff is fast and friendly. I have always had a great experience everytime. All my friends have also enjoyed the food and keep coming back. The chicken madera is also very good. I highly reccomend stopping in for lunch or dinner. You can also bring your own wine.

Best pizza in Rockwall! The wait staff are very friendly and keep your drinks filled. I also enjoy byob bringing in my own wine. Whats not to like about that. Especially like the waitress Molly who is a efficient and cute waitress. Keep up the good food, reasonable prices and nice wait staff.

Weve ordered from here before and had it delivered. It wasnt amazing food but nice to have another delivery option. Tonight I called to place our order (family in town) and was put on hold for 15 minutes (not exaggerating) only to be told they wont deliver to my address. Awful customer service!

LOVED the lobster ravioli. I also had the shrimp alfredo....wasnt too keen on the sauce, and the shrimp(though large) just tasted too watery somehow. too plain. even rubbery. Anything with red sauce seems to be very well made, though. And delivery was fairly prompt, and friendly.

Called an order in before I picked it up, was told 15-20 minutes showed up 20 minutes later to find it wasnt ready yet... Waited an hour for it to be done, if you tell a customer something you should stick to it, if it was going to be busy than you shouldve said something..

Ill start by saying the food is good but the service was not so much. The place was empty and we had to repeatedly tell our waitress to bring lemons, napkins and ranch. I love napolis but was not impressed with this location. Will not visit again.

Ordered chicken parmesan that was old. chicken seemed microwaved & the pizza we ordered was overcooked. The waitress was too busy talking with the others that worked there instead of checking on us & refilling our drinks. Will not be going back.

I love Napolis. Im from New York, and I think their pizza is comparable to up North. Ive been going to Napolis at least once a month for years. It is always excellent and the girls who work their are always friendly.

They messed up my delivery order, the owner promised a discount on the next order and when I called a month later he said if he didnt save the ticket then he cant give a discount. Of course he didnt save my ticket!

Pizza is pretty good, but if your carry out order is not correct, its a pain to get it right. And they charge full price for half ingredients (half sausage, half ham means full price for each) - not cool!

This business doesnt answer their phone! The food is amazing, but we had to order from Mogios in Rockwall. I recommend Mogios or Andys Pizza if you are looking for great service in Rockwall.

Love, love, love this place. My family and I are from New York, and this is the best pizza we have found after moving to Texas. It is fairly close to NYC pizza. Yay!
