The service was mediocre, the lady who was our server was completely not very good at customer service, slow, and it took her forever to remove the old appetizer plate after bringing out the main courses. I asked for a glass of water after my partner did and while she was taking her time I went to the ladies room and she was there as well, I finished my lady business and went back to the table and there was my water, FINALLY! She was very disheartened, and nonchalant about the issues that followed as well. The Fridays combo appetizer was served cold, the only thing that was hot was the potatoe skins, so I guess the boneless buffalo wings and the mozzarella sticks were clearly made out of order, the chicken was also salty. The strawberry daiquiri and the paradise punch drink were great. We both ordered the Sizzlin Chicken and Shrimp were different than most fridays, the cheese was on the skillet instead of on the chicken causing it to burn tremendously, the chicken itself was good, the bruscetta shrimp wasnt a good mix with a sizzling cheese chicken and Shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes. I also ordered an add on of six extra shrimp they could have been less greasy and they were heavily breaded.The music however was of immaculate conception (if that makes sense lmfao) and beautifully selected classical choices from the alternative genre. So the best thing was the drinks, the music and the chicken, giving this restaraunt a whopping big 2 stars, YAYYAYYYY!!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER RUDE TO THE MAX ...ME AND MY FIANCE CALL BEFORE ENTERING THEY SAY 15 MINUTES FOR TWO WHEN WE WALK IN THE HOST SAYS IT WILL BE A HOUR WAIT U CAN LEAVE IF YOU LIKE OR SIT AT THE BAR WE DECIDED THE BAR THEN THE EMPLOYESS AT THE BAR WAS ENGAGEING IN CONVERSATION WITH OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT OUTSIDE LIFE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES I HAD TO RAISED MY HAND TO ORDER THEN WAS SERVE THE WRONG DRINK THE HE PROCEDED TO MESS OVER MY DRINK TRYING TO FIX IT INSTEAD OF A NEW ONE IT WAS AWFUL THE THE LADY SAID U OKAY I SAY NAW MY DRINJ WAS WRONG SHE ASKED IF SHE CAN MAKE ME ANOTHER I SAID NO THANKS BECAUSE I THOUGHT SHE WAS GONNA DO WHAT HER CO WORKER DONE JUST ADD SOME MORE STUFF IN THERE AFTER WAITING 45 MIN MORE WE HAD TO HOLD UP OUR HANDS AGAIN TO ORDER I ONLY ASKED THE GUY TO REPEAT MY ORDER BECAUSE HE WAS TAKING ORDERS WITHOUT PAPER OR PEN AND PLUS HE GOT THE DRINK WRONG THE FIRST TIME SEEING THAT HE WAS TAKING ORDERS FROM EVERYONE AROUND THE BAR HE PROCEEDED TO ARGUE I SAID PLEASE GO AHEAD AND DO YOUR JOB HE LEFT THE THE LADY APPROACH US AGAIN AND SAID U OKAY WE SAID NOT AT ALL SHE PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WELL I TOLD YOU ILL MAKE THE DRINK OVER DAM THEN WALK AWAY WBEN THE FOOD WAS BOUGHT TO US IT WAS BRUNT TO A CRISP THAT MADE US FERIOUS THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER THAT HAPPEN TO US ON AUGUST 11 2017 THEY OWE US MONEY BACK

TGI Fridays on a Saturday night was extremely busy wait time to be served was approximately 25- 30 minutes dealing with the unlimited apps. So I thought a BBQ Chicken Salad with : -grilled chicken,romaine and kale, green and red onions, tomato, black bean and corn, cucumber, cheddar, avocado,bacon, and tortilla chips tossed in a BBQ ranch dressing would be easy and it sounded really good as i read the menu. Well.......it wasnt. It had no taste. The black beans were far too few along with the avocado. Cucumbers and tomatoes were plentiful it should have been called cucumber and tomato salad. The bbq ranch dressing was so bland I had to ask for just ranch. Now the chicken was spot on. I also ordered the Pink Punk Martini made with Skyy Vodka, cotton candy,cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and fresh lime. It was ok. It wouldnt be something i order again. They put the drink on top of the cotton candy. I would have liked to taste the pineapple juice. That probably would have made this drink alot better. Great idea. Outside of this experience our waitress Heather always had a smile even though she was running around like crazy. I will go back maybe a little earlier next time.

I called before going, to ask if they had vegan gluten free options. The person on the phone assured me that they had a gluten sensitive menu, and that there were vegan options. There were not. Our server Michael saved the day, sat down to assure me that he would find something that worked for my needs, suggested options, and assured me that after our complicated order, he would check in with the cooks personally to make sure that all was prepared according to our needs. His attitude kind and welcoming - never made me feel like the high maintenance customer I was. Ive been a server, and I know it gets complicated when orders are modified. Michael made sure that we were comfortable and well fed. I would have given 5 stars if they had the vegan GF options on the menu to begin with. But Michael gets 10 stars.

The restaurant had an extremely strong urine order. The sever was unable to tell me the restaurant policys. He provided terrible service but the restaurant charges an automatic gratuity of 18% after ten. The endless appitzer went from being 12 to 20 dollars because of an extra service charge that is place on you bill each time you refill and even tho u are charged separately for each appetizer only one can come at a time. The food took forever to come even tho the restaurant was nearly empty by the time I got it it was not warm. The server would go unseen for 10-15 mins at a time. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. This is the worse TGI Fridays Ive ever been to It was a terrible dining experience

I guess since I wasnt ordering food the waitress, Matilyn, didnt feel I deserved to be waited on at the bar. Oh please, I actually eat more as I drink so if she had of payed attention she would have earned an excellent tip! After I told her that I was not ordering food she disappeared until it was tip time. Good for her that she didnt receive even 10% with her horrible, unprofessional service. I also like the way the waiter, the black guy with the long dreadlocks, threw his towel on the other side of the bar as I was enjoying my drink. Guess what? I still enjoyed my drink while you had to wash down the tables and bars. Great "career." Will not be returning. Will try coaches instead.

WORST service ever. I am a server myself and I know what good service is. When we got a table, our server didnt greet us until 15 minutes after we were seated. It took a HALF hour for us to get our waters. We ordered two drinks and didnt receive our drinks until my friend and I got our food which we waited 45 minutes for. My boyfriend didnt even get his food until my friend and I finished eating and were ready for our check. He didnt even get to eat his food. We just boxed it Togo because the service was just terrible and we wanted out of there! We saw our server probably about twice. She was too focused on the big table next to us. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
