I wanted to like this place...I always appreciate authentic coffee shops... Atmosphere was pleasant and very clean. The coffee was mediocre; I say that because I ordered a macchiato, watched the barista make it, and she made a cappuccino. She also raised her voice when I asked if that would be brought out to me at my table, since I ordered food and was provided with a number. The wrong food was also brought out to me twice. May have just been an off day, but the experience was not what I expected, especially considering the previous positive reviews listed.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area, with a "Generous" mission to do good in the community. Each purchase comes with a token that is used to make a donation to one of three local charities, with a portion of the sales going to each charity based on the number of tokens each gets. They roast their own coffee and they have a great selection of drinks to choose from. Food menu is limited, but has always been really good. My favorite is the TED sandwich and a Dark and Stormy latte. A much better alternative to the *bucks around.

My car club meets here every other week and the atmosphere, staff, food, and drinks are all top notch! The fact that they give back to charity is just a nice bonus. I always tell people that this is by far the nicest coffee shop in Pittsburgh and makes a Starbucks feel like a 7-Eleven.

I love the store, atmosphere, and the selection of coffee drinks, but after waiting in line for quite a while, I got an $8 coffee that was barely even baby bottle warm ... it was like bed time milk when you were a kid. Not exactly happy when getting cold coffee that was just made.

My favorite coffee shop in the Wexford/Cranberry area. They have creative selections of coffee drinks, DELICIOUS breakfast sandwiches and burritos, as well as great lunch options (Their kalefornia salad is delicious). The environment is cozy and really encourages conversation.

Very cool place. I am relatively new to the area and this place has become my favorite coffee shop. Generoasta has very good coffee and I love the atmosphere. It is located very close to Cranberry and Wexford. I would recommend anyone to try it out. It is very cool!

Great atmosphere and great coffee! They have many great flavors to try, especially flavored mochas. Though I didnt try it, the food looked delicious. There is ample seating and plenty of outlets for those working or needing to charge a device.

Great atmosphere! They roast their own coffee, but dont fully take advantage. Their coffee is pretty mediocre. However, I had their french toast, and it was excellent. 5 stars for the french toast. I was just let down with the coffee.

Great coffee and atmosphere! The menu is very unique and tasty while keeping to a good cafe-type selection. My kids love that they can use the coin to select the charity they like best. A nice variety of seating arrangements as well.

Great atmosphere- especially for the location (strip mall)- with an extensive menu. Traditional, standard drinks as well as their own inventive creations. Very comfortable to sit and enjoy for an extended period of time.

Im not crazy about this place. I love the concept of donating to worthy causes, but the coffee itself falls a bit short for me. I think the coffee is way too hot and lacking in flavor.

I might be a bit of a coffee snob, but with an Americano you should pour the shots over room temp water then add ice. If you add the ice first it just melts and shocks the shots!

Excellent and eclectic! The Neapolitan was amazing - the scotch of espressos. Great breakfast wraps as well. No complaints at all about the lattes and tea. Check it out for sure.
