I made an online order two hours ahead of time, and it wasnt ready on time, but 15 minutes late. This wouldnt be an issue if the order was fulfilled. The front was packed and fifteen minutes late, they gave me my bag, topped with the french fries and the wings below, with two packs for the wings -- which seemed right for my order of 35. Instead, they shorted the bulk of the wings (putting only 5 in one box), and skipping 20 original hot boneless. They also failed to put in the two brownie bites their websites "add this" helped me to tack on. So I got less than half the wings I ordered, and two sides missing, and waited for a quarter hour past when they should have been ready for pickup. One of the people ahead of me also had their order wrong (switched flavors on boneless versus bone-in), and when I had left still hadnt received the corrected order. None of the employees seemed to care, acknowledge, or apologize for the mistake. After the front emoyee didnt answer or acknowledge the issue, the customer literally apologized to the woman at the front counter for asking to get what he ordered and paid for, and she still didnt care. Despicable customer service.

We have had really great eating experiences here and really disappointing eating experiences here. So, I will say this... when its good, it is SO GOOD. We love the flavor of their original bbq wings, and the cheese sauce is naughty but delicious. The service is really hit or miss. Oh, and be warned, the dining area is TINY, so I would highly recommend you take your goodies to go :)

We ordered on the phone so there would be no wait. I walk into the restraunt and they walk past me at least 4 times not even aknowledging my existence. Finally another customer complained about her fries and then they asked what I wanted. I STILL Waited for my food for at least 20 minutes. I left and sat in my car waiting for the food I ordered 40 mins ago. Order at another location!!!!

Ordered the 50 wings while on vacation in WA, got Jimmy Johns (next door) subs and wings from Wing Stop. The garlic parmesan wings were shriveled and dry, hard to bite into. I had to soften them in the microwave oven and the other wing flavors were mediocre at best. I wont return on my next visit next month. Ill Google for another wing place.

Tried to order wings for pickup, for the superbowl. Online app was disabled at this location, first between 12:15 to 1, then between 1 and 2. so I try to call, the phone doesnt ring. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Order ahead of time and theyll have your wings ready when you arrive. I love the garlic parmesan wings. Dont bother the habanero though...Its pretty gross. If you want spicy wings stick to the classic buffalo style.

Its a small place, they are always busy, because they get a lot of online orders, phone orders. Interesting designed clean and food was good, especially garlic parmesan wings, but little greasy for my taste.

Bad customer service, always dirty and when you come to pick up your food at the DESIGNATED TIME its NEVER ready. Lemon pepper wings are mean though.
