Ive never had a worse experience in my entire life at any restaurant ever I literally just left the place after having a 20-minute argument with the chef my waiter and the owner who insisted that I ate half of a burrito where only two bites had been taken out of it the green peppers inside the burrito or at least an inch and a half long and thick I asked them to remake it and my waiter told me he would take it to the back and the cook would take the onions and the peppers out of a burrito I explained that if I was going to pay for it they would have to remake it for me he refused when I went to go pay for it it was on my bill still and that is where the argument started where the owner insisted that I pay for the burrito and then when I explained to him I had eaten the burrito he told me he would charge me for half a burrito now mind you I had already eaten my chili cheese fries which I had ordered and they were delicious but because of the attitude the tone of voice and the disrespect I will never eat there ever again then I was told that I would have to pay for half the burrito I explained to him I didnt eat half a burrito and a couple of bites realize they were giant slabs of green pepper and long stringy pieces of onion in it and I was not going to eat it and I was not going to pay for it and the chef came out of the and asked me where the giant slabs of pepper where I grabbed only a few of them about 3 and put them in my hand showed them one by one to him they covered even one of them covered at least a third of my palm and he said they were not Giant I said I wasnt going to pay for it thats when they got extremely rude I told him to call the police I told them to call whoever they wanted to and ask to speak to the owner or the manager and was informed that the man who was insisting that I pay for the whole thing and then the half of it and then a third of it was the owner it was a terrible experience my stomach is still burning from the aggravation and the stress of it all I never experienced anything of this caliber in my entire life if you value your own customer service and you value the customers right to choose what they will and will not eat I suggest never eating there sadly the only other time that I ate there I had a wonderful experience a nice lady took my order was very helpful I gave her a giant tip this time though soured my entire experience and I will never and I do mean never ever eat there again and I wish you could give negative Stars

I cant believe this place has over 4 stars. Ive been eating at Triple A for years. I grew up down the road from it. Im aware that diners tend to have a certain vibe and decor so i dont think I am judging it unfairly at all. First lets talk about the staff. They have a very "I dont give a crap" vibe. Yes they will come around and refill your coffee, but a lot of times they disappear and i cant get something i need. even when the place is empty and they are not really doing much i usually have to try hard to get someones attention. That being said Ive seen worse. Now the food. Okay right off the bat I will warn you not to waste your time on desserts. The pies and cakes look delicious but hey all taste like cardboard. Waste of money. The pastries are ok. I buy them sometimes. DO NOT order a milkshake. I ordered one and it was less dense than chocolate milk. I could not believe they had the nerve to call chocolate water a milkshake! What a ripoff! Now for the good. The fajitas are good, i like the grilled cheese with tomato. Yum :) Their chicken sandwiches are delicious. I also like the California club wrap. They serve Sweet Potato Fries that are decent. Breakfast is ok. Deff a good choice when nothing else is open The decor id so blaaaaa. I hate the tiny old plastic cups they serve drinks in that havent been changed in over a decade. Not only are they too small but they give me this dirty feeling. They are this ugly color too. You can tell the owner probably bought them forever ago because they were the cheapest cups he could find. SMH. This place just has a very dirty, and dated feeling to it. I think they need to update the decor a little and get some real glasses. Im a grown woman and they make me drink out of some kid cup that looks like it was dug up out of someones basement.

This is the best diner in the area. I go here any time when I want comfort food but am too lazy to make it myself. It is also a great hang out after a night of drunkeness and the staff and owner are pretty chill if you are buzzed. They also have a bar so if you dont want to stop drinking. They take order for pick up over the phone until 9pm which is convenient. The food is diner food so you can find pretty much anything at any time and the reviews that say the food sucks are written by jerks because anyone with half a brain and some common sense knows that if you are going to a traditional 24 hour diner you get what you pay for and you dont expect the all star treatment. Diner food is not ideal but it fills the belly and the soul.

This place was TERRIBLE. I experienced some of the harshest and worst customer service I have ever received in my life. When my waitress brought me the wrong order she went on to argue with me and then yell at me for her mistake. When I reported her behavior to the manager he did nothing to resolve the issue and actually defended the waitress actions. The place was mostly empty when we got there and this is probably why. I can tell that they depend on the patronage of their elderly regulars to stay open because no one else would tolerate that kind of treatment. I hope this is a warning to anyone who wants to try this place.

Horrible. Probably the worst customer service I ever received. The last time I went was actually a couple months ago, but that time and the one before it I had the worst experiences. The staff is incredibly rude, and the "owner/manager"- dont even get me started. As a retail matnager I was appalled by the managers attitude. He should definitely not be running a business, because he cant. I wouldnt recommend this diner to someone if I were paid to. You go expecting a fun meal, classic diner style, but leave disappointed and frustrated that you over paid for poor quality of food and service

I really like this diner. All of the staff are always friendly and the food is exactly what I expect from a 24-hour, greasy spoon diner. The best part is the speed--I am almost always amazed at how quickly my meal arrives! Its a great place to go and get some breakfast at night or a burger in the morning if youre in the mood for something that wont be served other places. Also, the deserts are great--they always have layer cakes, pie, and tiramisu. Delicious!
