We went with Mom, Dad, Robert and I for lunch on Sunday. It took a really long time to get our meals. This was strange because the appetizers we ordered came fairly quickly. Mom and Roberts barbeque ribs were so tough and dry that they had to use a sharp knife to cut them apart. Mom left most of hers on the plate but Robert sawed them apart and did his part to try and eat them anyway. It did not end there dad ordered the prime rib and it was room temperature when they brought it. They offered to replace it, so after another 15 minutes we got the second order of prime rib. It was still just room temperature so he just sent it back and said he would do without. The manager told us the ribs should not be tough or dry and asked to make some more. We had already been waiting on our meals so long we just said no thank you. We spent nearly $100 for lunch and 3 out of the 4 of us went away with poorly cooked food. I think I would choose somewhere else to go for lunch or dinner next time. We will not be coming back. By the way the waitress did a great job and did all she could to take care of the food but the kitchen was in failure mode I guess because their part of the process was not good at all.

Stopped by for lunch with a half dozen of my friends. The apps were great, onion ring loaf and the croissants. The chickens tenders, have a weird batter that falls off the meat. Most everyone got a burger or Pasta and one person ordered "Our Special House Salad mixed greens, chopped eggs, tomatoes, toasted almonds, hormel ham and bacon." The salad that came to the table did not have mixed greens, it had iceberg lettuce and romaine. The hormel ham and bacon is a bacon blend-not ham as my friend original inferred. At first we thought our server rang up, or brought out the wrong salad. But when we attempted to "correct?" the error, he brought out the exact same salad and informed us that these were indeed mixed greens...We discussed at the table, Never have any of us been served soggy iceberg lettuce as "mixed greens." The decor was inviting, the music selection was sllooow country. IT became painful to listen to towards the end. I would come back to try dinner, buut I cant vibe with a place that doesnt know what mixed greens are, but if you dont want to battle traffic on Barret Parkway, and love country music, this place is worth a try.

I went today and it was the worst experience ever.... never in my life I will go back... I felt and I hit my knee and hand really bad... I told our waiter what happened, told him I had felt and to put something or clean the area and all he did was put a stupid face and said awww you felt... the pain so bad that I had to ask for ice... at no time the manager came out to say his apologies... it was so embarrassing.. we had to stay because my son was so hungry... and he needed to eat... so not only I felt but also pay $30 for the fall... and to finish it up... when I was heading out two of the waiters laugh when they saw me... It would be so easy to sue yall, but I wont, because I have a heart, because I know you guys have cameras and I know its all there, plus theres people that saw me falling.... but I do advise everybody else not go to California dreaming... I was in a lot of pain that the last thing I was thinking was complained..

We have been to this restaurant numerous times now and I have only ordered one dish on their menu ... the Hot Vegetable Salad with the House Dressing. OMG! The first time I ate it, I thought I died and went to heaven. Subsequently, Ive not tried anything else on their menu. I crave this salad, so by the time we get back there again, Im drooling for it. It is SOOOO FREAKIN GOOD!!! =) We have no complaints about the service. Weve never had a problem ... only good service. As for the price, I really dont think its overpriced. My salad was $9.75 but its the size of a double portion. HUGE! My sister always orders her salads with half-to-go because theyre so large she cant finish hers in one sitting. I usually gorge myself because the taste is so heavenly! LOL! =P I had a salad last night at LaParilla and it was $9.89 but was less than half the size of my salad at Calif Dreaming.

Went with co-workers for lunch. There were ten of us and we did not have a reservation. We arrived right at noon. We were immediately seated on the patio. We had one server and one assistant. Our drinks were delivered quickly and were always refilled. Our food was correct, came out all at once and was temperature appropriate. The staff was conscious that we were on a lunch break from work and we were in and out within an hour. Individual checks were given with no hesitation. I ordered the California Dreaming salad, it was HUGE and tasty. I had enough for two lunches. The dressing was good, but for my taste there was too much dressing, which is a better problem than not enough. If you dont like lots of dressing, I would recommend getting it on the side. Looking forward to returning.

My first visit to this restaurant......decided to go with what appeared to be a "you cant mess this up salad"......the California Dreaming Salad which was "supposed to include the following: Mixed greens, shredded ham and turkey, cheddar and Monterey jack cheese, chopped eggs, tomatoes, toasted almonds topped with warm hormel ham and bacon.......instead I received a mound of lettuce mostly the white stalks....the shredded ham and turkey were slivers......really crumbs.....the tomatoes, chopped eggs almonds and bacon...literally non-existent! Like I said this was my first visit......it will certainly be my last! Extremely disappointed......especially once I came home and checked the picture of the salad in the menu online!

Went to the one at Chastain Rd in Kennesaw with my two sons and grandson. The service was horrible. We waited forever on him just to come take our order. The high chair they brought my grandson, the safety straps were broken. I ordered the marinated sirloin (medium). It was almost well done and tough. The creamed spinach with my order, was terrible. To me, it was just steamed. Not like I have had it at other places. The blue cheese dressing that came with my sons wings, looked like it had been sitting out. The dressing around the edges was already turning clear. For the price, it is definitely not worth it. Will never go back there again.

I would give it zero stars, if possible. We went for a birthday dinner. We were seated. There were patrons at only four other tables. We waited for ten minutes. The managers were sitting two tables over. Waitstaff walked by our table several times and numerous waiters and waitresses stood by the kitchen talking. We never even got water. We finally left. The three hostesses standing at the door never even spoke to us as we left. I complained to the corporate headquarters. Never got a response. Now I can see why, on a Friday night at 6:00, there was no one in the restaurant. I cant attest to their food, as we never got any.
