Feeling very hungry I stopped by Inbound Pizza to get a Steak Tip Salad.. the guy who took the order asked me what kind of salad dressing I wanted with my salad; I told him "peppercorn" or "italian" ; after 10 minutes or so my order was ready, I walked home 10 minutes away, and when I got home feeling famish I opened the bag only to find out the salad dressing was missing!! I got annoyed and called them back to report that they had forgotten the salad dressing, the guy who answered the phone was semi-polite and kind of not helpful at all.. He said: "You wanna come back and get it?" I was upset by now, I said no, I am not walking back 15 minutes to get a little spoon of salad dressing.. He said "What do you want me to do".. As oppose to saying: "We want your business so next time youll come back well offer you a free slice of pizza" or something simple like that, but his attitude was like he did not care one way or another. So they just lost a loyal good customer. Being in an competitive business area like Allston where there are so many pizza places to choose from.. I would want al the customer I can get, treat them well and make sure thell be back, not push them away.. 01/31/17

I went in around 10:30, left a tip thinking it would be a good reward for good service. I was very wrong. Not only did my in store order take over 30 min, my fries were not filly cooked, and my large Italian sub, dry, toasted, extra pickles had nothing in it, but a slab of meat. Im going back with a picture of this mess for a new sub, because I didnt pay 7.99 + tax and tip for crap service. The guy even repeated my order back to me. I figured the first time they screwed up my order was just a mistake. After this i will not be returning.

Inbound Pizza reminds me of pizza places from my college days, which make sense considering its in an area chock full of college students. At around 2pm on a Saturday, the pizza I had was dried out and clearly not fresh, but served its purpose for a quick lunch. The pizza was at best okay. I definitely wouldnt recommend coming to this place if youre craving good pizza. But if you want utilitarian pizza and are in the neighborhood, its not terrible.

Yesterday I ordered a meat pizza. They delivered on time. And I have to say that most of their pizzas are delicious.For instance, my favorite is veggie mania. It is awesome. However, the pizza that I received it was with all the toppings focus on one place of the pizza. It was annoying. I am sure that it was a mistake just for this delivery (unfortunately, my order), but please be careful about this.

Not very impressed with this place!!! It has way too many people and is not worth the 200 dollars you have to pay. It is unnecessary with the behavior of the employees. They were very rude and it was not worth it at all. The waitress i had was a total bi*ch and she did not get our orders written down so they were wrong. I dont think its worth all your money and time.

Come here if you want to be rudely harassed in exchange for run of the mill cardboard pizza. If they get your order wrong (which is frequently) dont bother complaining because they will belligerently argue with you and refuse to rectify the mistake. Note to women: stay away. My girlfriend was made very uncomfortable by rude sexual comments, snickering and staring.

Inbound Pizza is one of the best pizza places you can visit in Allston/Boston, MA The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. They have the Italian style pizzas and kebab plates that you must try. Open late on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays till 2 am. Delivery is also available. Highly recommended place!

I got the combination kabob grill and it was fantastic! It had three different types of meat, chicken, gyro and meat patties, and all of them were delicios, fresh and well prepared. Followed by Kunefe dessert and Turkish tea, experience was amazing!

Kinda cheating as I used to work there. Good guys, open late, lots of options. Prices are perfect. Right in the heart of "chaos corner" of Harvard and Commonwealth. Yup, they deliver. Halal food too.
