I wont go to this location again. I love Buffalo Wild Wings back home in Oregon, so when we were looking for somewhere to stop and eat on our drive from Florida to Georgia I was excited. For starters it is a chain and the wing sauce seemed to be the same, still tasty. Other than that I was totally disappointed and if this was the first Buffalo Wild Wings I had ever tried I never would have gone to another one and realized how much I enjoy the better locations. The wings werent totally breaded, the caesar salad was made with spring mix and the dressing was not tossed in. The atmosphere was too loud (though this is true of other locations Ive been too as well) and the waitress was a complete idiot. She didnt even know what a hefeweizen was when I ordered it straight off their menu. What kind of sports bar doesnt train their staff to know their own beer menu? She looked at me like Id asked for an alien cocktail and just asked me if that was a kind of lager. I pointed to it on the menu and she was like "Ok, Ive never heard of that." She wrote something down and left. After she brought out our food and still no sign of a beer (the one Id ordered or otherwise) I realized not only did she not know the beer I was trying to order, but shed totally forgotten about it. So I reminded her and she was like "Oh yeah." Finally she brought me a bottled beer that didnt seem that fresh, but was ok. (My home location has hefeweizen on tap so I wasnt expecting this since the menu doesnt indicate a difference). Anyway even if you arent trying to order some mysterious complicated "foreign" beer (brewed in Portland, OR as a matter of coincidence) she didnt even refill our waters once. We were eating hot wings! Needless to say she didnt get a big tip and I think the over all level of professionalism by the rest of the staff seemed low as most of them were congregated near the hostess station just leaning around and hanging out.

The service, staff and number of TVs was sensational! But dont go there hungry. The food was absolutely horrible. If you must eat, stick with the bone-in wings. Out of 6 people that ordered everything from appetizers and salads, to burgers and wings, the bone-in wings were the only things that were edible. The boneless wings were the worst things Ive ever eaten at a sports bar, next to their burger! On top of that, their beer list isnt priced, even though the food has prices on the other side of the printed menu. After asking to check the prices, we found they wavered all over the place. Other than that, at least the place was clean! Fair warning....

Repeatedly I have been lied to about to go orders! I was told over the phone they dont accept to go orders after 10PM, then 11PM. Both times I was told this on nights when they close at 2AM. The next day got in touch with their female manager and was told I was lied to. Not to mention when weve actually gone for food in person, the service as well as the food was subpar. Really a shame. I love BDUBS, and used to work for one. Wont even buy sauce from this one. Buy your own wings and look up a copycat recipe for sauces. Safe yourself the time and trouble dealing with these rude people

They botched a 2-item to-go order I placed on a Friday night. I called back that evening and their manager Marion was very sincere and said hed replace it. Two days later I went back and the manager Kyle and hostess Morgan went above and beyond to make up for it. Customer service like that is rare, especially for a tiny mistake like an incomplete order. Amazing service, thank you so much!

Every time I have gone the food was yummy. That being said, it isnt the best place to go for really good wings. It is still fast food. Service could be a little better, but over all not too bad. Also FYI Thursday is boneless wings day and Friday is traditional wings day. I belive they are 69 cents a piece those days.

I like the concept of basketball or football and wings. I love their salt and vinegar fries and lemon pepper wings. Their wings are fried a little too hard. I like to twist the meat off the bone and I couldnt. The pick-up staff are wonderful and loaded with courtesy. Bartender was a laid back and timely.

Great place to eat, especially on the discounted wing nights, essentially getting you wings for half off. Also a great place to go on big sporting event nights. Theyre guaranteed to have it on one of the tvs. The staff is nice too.

Staff is nice, especially Sandi at the bar. Its chain food. They have solid sauces for their wings. Depressingly they only serve big corporate beers and they kick early on Sunday. Wi-Fi is spotty and frequently down.

Food was terrible and over priced and the servers were equally terrible the only thing this place has going good is all the TVs I have no intentions of ever going back even if someone else offered to pay

Very friendly bartenders and everything... Good arrangement of televisions as well... Love how the bar had outlets on it... Made it easy to keep your phone charged throughout a football game

Great food and amazing service. Very quick to get you anything you need. The option to sample there sauce flavors before you order is great it makes sure you are happy with what you get.

Never again. A frozen burger pattie really. Got sick off of that thing. It reallyhad no flavoring at all. And the chicken stripes was frozen chicken too just no more of that place

Happy hour street tacos half sized and more like a toddler meal more than anything, then blatantly lied to me and told me they were always this size.... Bad experience overall.

Great place to get wings and stuff especially if youre with friends and want to burn your taste buds off. They offer table games to keep you entertained even at 2 am.

If youre into the sports bar scene, this is your place. Tons of (very loud) TVs, a bar, and good bar food. The burgers are great. Service is decent.
