I dont get into fast food often at all. When I do though and desire meat and bread A&W is my place of choice. I was super excited when this one opened up. The establishment is always in a clean and orderly manner. Customer service is up to par. Food is fast and fresh. Granted one has to wait a bit longer at an A&W then other fast food burger joints. But then thats what you get with better quality and better tasting fast food. Only down side and the reason 4 stars and not 5 is because they never answer their phone and one is not able to place an order for pickup. This is a down side during lunch when one has all of 30 mins for the break. Other then this I love the place and take others here as much as possible. Ooo also they usually have a free small float if you complete an online survey on the receipt.

While the restaurant is usually kept very clean, and the service is consistently average, the food quality is very poor. Other A&W stores I have visited in the area have had very well prepared product, but this one is decidedly lacking in very basic food preparation skill. Never, ever, ever press a burger on a grill, any cook worth his or her salt knows this. Not only does the staff leave weights on your burger, they will press down full force with all their body weight to smash it into the grill, which makes it taste like a shoe when its done. Sure its done much more quickly, but youve ruined a burger. 1 Star for a preposterous level of incompetency.

The food here is decent. The prices are higher than you might expect since there are no traditional combinations that you might expect for a burger joint. If you end up getting only a burger and fries with a water to drink, you can come out at around $6 or $7. It adds up quick with anything extra, though. The wait times at this particular location can be longer than you would thing for a burger and fries. I have waited 15 minutes before when it was not very crowded. It is worth a try if you are looking for something different than your regular fast food burger.

As soon as we walked through the door today all we could smell was marijuana. And before you say that maybe it was coming off a customer, other than the workers we were the only people in there. It was so strong that we had to leave before ordering. I should not have to explain to my children what that smell is while we are standing in a restaurant. We will not ever return to this location. Ridiculous.

I really wasnt expecting this to be as good as it was. Had just a simple hamburger and fries. However this goes down in history as one of the best fast food hamburgers Ive had. Fast food, mind you. Im not including gourmet $15 burgers at sit down restaurants. Plus you can get root beer floats and shakes here which add to the experience.

A&W has done a complete 180 from their previous offerings, now that they are no longer under the Yum umbrella. The burgers are among the best youll find from a fast good place, and the root beer floats are amazing as always. The dining room is clean, bright, and modern.

The food is good and satisfying. The staff was a little shy. But the problem I had is it is 12:16 only one cashier. Lunch rush and they have taken forever to fix my food. Lunch is over before I can eat.
