Tonight they were very good the order was correct, fresh & accurate. The manager even kept his cool after being yelled at & spoken to very rudely over a misordered fry. Which I dont believe I could have. The customer was very rude after they sat there & ate the whole order then they wanted to fuss over a small fry not being given & demanded a full refund. Even after getting the refund the couple wanted the cashier to march into the dining room & apologize. I cant believe he kept calm I hope A&W takes this under consideration when its evaluation time..

Hamburger was burnt, fries were limp like they didnt cook them all the way. New owner isnt keeping up with quality. The two women running counter were rude. I gave them a second chance and they failed. Will not spend another dime at that place again. I had to give one star just to post this. I compare it to Petes or old 30 truck stop. Thats sad!!

Fries are awesome and the Bacon Cheeseburger is a fav. Classic American Diner food family owned restaurant. Tastes better than typical fast food crap!! Takes a little longer but worth the wait!!

Brings back memories of drinking A&W root beer from a frosty mug when I was a kid in AZ! Love being able to still do that with my kids now. One of our favorite places to go!

I have been to better A&Ws this one seems to be outdated and run down, and wasnt the cleanest restaurant in town. I think the food all taste the same here. service was ok.

Dont order broasted chicken they NEVER COOK IT ALL THE WAY! Twice we have gotten raw chicken! This place needs to be inspected by the Health Department!

The best place to grab a bite in delphos. Usually busy but worth the wait for a burger that cant be beat, and a dog beer float like no other.
