Every time I go to this place they never enough chicken or sometimes ANY chicken even at 2pm, 5pm, or 7pm. The food is either over cooked or sat on the shelf too long. Employees outside hanging out with friends smoking reefer or something that smells very much like it. Disappointed because I normally like KFC. Today was the LAST time Ill be going there after I waited for them in the drive through to take my order for at least fifteen minutes with a line piling up behind me(No one in front). Then I got overcooked jerky chicken and cold sides (mashed potatoes crusty, gravy chunky, corn wrong size, green beans burnt). This is ridiculous and I cant believe they CONTINUE to offer such shitty service after two years!

Just waited 25 minutes for a 3 pcs meal and there was only 1 other person in drive thru. I will never eat here again and will notify everyone I know to not eat here. I have made multiple complaints and its frustrating to see a lack motivation by management and employees. If management actually watched their employees theyd see that most are under the influence on the night shift.

Just ordered a 12 piece meal with two orders of Mac & Cheese and one order of mashed potatoes and gravy. I got home and there was no Mac & Cheese, and no biscuits. How difficult is it to read a screen and put an order together? Long wait in the drive thru and the order was messed up. Terrible, terrible service!

Pulled in at 1:45pm on Mothers Day. I was ask to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to fry. Nope, not gonna happen. Drove 5 minutes to the one across from Ractrac hwy 5. They had everything plus quick service.
