Blooming onion wasnt very warm, ordered filet and lobster and will never do that again. A filet is a tall center cut, the most tender piece of beef and this ridiculous sad excuse of meat was far from that. It was short and looked like it was the left overs no one wanted. I usually dont rate or write reviews because Ive served and worked a kitchen but after leaving and my bill being $75 with a tip I feel obligated to do so. Their name has "steakhouse" in it but from the dinner I ate and paid for I wouldnt have guessed it had I not known such. Im giving them 2 stars because my daughters kids meal ribs were AMAZING, fall off the bone (as they should be) and the waitress and manager were nice enough to take off the app from my bill. They tried to make the steak again but it was worse than the first one. Ohh and btw dont get ur fries layered… they server asked if we wanted it that way since we asked for extra cheese and bacon n we agreed only to see on our bill that we were charged for that! Yes ppl! Charged for the layering process. I get the charge for extra cheese and the charge for extra bacon but they LITERALLY charge you for that act of layering. I laughed so hard… the waitress, being annoyed, agreed to take that charge off as well. Gosh love ❤ her. I swore to her "Im not a difficult customer due to my experience in her shoes" but it was jus one thing after the next! We just wanted a nice dinner since we just had our newborn twins. Gosh knows we want be able to go out to eat often. Anyways I hope

We came here from out of town on a Friday night and were told it was going to be a 45 minute wait, which was understandable since the place was PACKED. We only waited for 15 minutes and that was impressive. Then we ordered a coke and an iced tea, the waiter (seemed new) brought diet and took a really long time to replace it. I ordered a steak- medium, no blood, but pink. It was rare. I have been in customer service so I nicely asked him to take it back and bring a new one. They brought the same steak back, (it had my cut marks in it) That would have been fine if the outside werent well done. The balsamic vinaigrette was FANTASTIC. That was probably my favorite thing from the whole meal. My dinner date was a man that would eat anything put in front of him so he didnt complain about anything other than the diet coke situation. I think they just need to train their staff better at waiting on customers, timing and cooking steaks, I saw a few other reviews that said the steaks were "peppery" and they really are. We would go back if ever in the area.

Prime Rib was a Block of Pepper Seasonings. My wife and I ate dinner here today, and we both were severely disappointed. I ordered the 16 oz. prime rib medium rare. I requested that all seasoning be withheld expecting that some would remains on the edges. Yikes!!! The outer edges were a thick solid layer of black pepper and other nasty seasonings that permeated the entire piece of meat. The taste was absolutely awful. It could have been a block of seasoned styofoam. I dont know because I could not taste the meat. My wife order Norwegian salmon. It was disgusting. Both sides were covered with so much salt it was gritty. The inside salmon had a strong fishy taste that indicates the fish is old. Fish oils become offensive as they become rancid. The salmon was also overcooked and dry. This was my last visit to Outback Steakhouse - period.

Ordered a wallaby damned/darned, and never got it. Ordered a medium rare steak, got one that was borderline red and still COLD in the middle. Service was very slow, especially considering there werent that many people there. When I showed the manager the steak and told him about the beverage, he said the server was new (though the meat was not her fault...) and offered to have them reheat my steak. We had already spent a ridiculous amount of time there, so I told him we werent willing to wait another 10+ minutes, so he told me to take it home, and he took my meal off my bill. All I drank was water, so we just ended up paying for my husbands meal and drink. I do like how they fixed it, but I dont think it was worth the time.

Came to Outback for a birthday dinner with 7 people. Our server was good for the most part, however did slack in noticing that for whatever reason, our salads came out split. 2 of the salads ordered came out, and then almost 7 minutes later, the other 2 salads came out. The entrees were separated like this also, however there was over 10 minutes in between when the first half of the meals came out, and the second half came out. The server didnt notice for 10 minutes. When we asked for a manager to inquire about our food, the manager skirted around visiting the table for as long as possible, and even after, the service didnt get better. I will never come back. Get it together Outback.

Love this place! December 11th, Sunday-Had a really horrible experience at the Melting Pot across the street. The hostess was so rude we walked out and came here! I come here a lot because the food is consistent and good. The menu changes enough to keep us interested but keeps the classics on there too for nostalgia. Really awesome server the last two times. I think a guy named Ryan was our server and he was fantastic, and this last time, Nancy was our server and she was great. Great personality. The store is obviously under great management. You guys have it down to a science over there. I love it. Thanks for all the great dinners!

Theres always a waitress at the bar area thats so horrible. I come here about once every two weeks to eat instead of waiting in line for a booth I just go to the bar area and eat. Its a lot quicker for me. Theres never silverware to eat with, salads come with meals not before meals, drinks are never filled, and she makes comments like "gosh were you hungry?". Shes not consistent with checking ids at the bar. FYI one time she brought out bread, with the small container for the butter empty with butter lol. Ps the only reason why I come back are for the cheese frys

Went to this location for lunch. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The restaurant was not busy, with about five other tables seated. I had allotted an hour for lunch, unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a meal in that time, due to the wait time of my food. I asked the staff to make my meal to go, after an hour had expired. After leaving I opened the to go box to find a burnt chicken sandwich and approximately ten fries. I was very disappointed with the service and quality of food.

At our first and very recent visit. Great atmosphere awesome waitress, Boyfriend got his steak and it was burnt, sent it back and plate was returned in two minutes and they had turned over the steak and scraped a little of the black off!!!! After 3 more tries we finally gave up! My food was good but overall experience horrible!!!
