I will start by saying this is my first negative google review EVER. If only negative star reviews existed. I placed an order at 4 PM for a delivery to be made at 9 PM, it was a Sunday. I received a call at 930 PM that there would be no delivery, though I thought a delivery was already made (it was not for me). Apparently they ran out of dough, understandable. What is not understandable to me is why nobody called me until 930 PM when I scheduled a delivery at 4 PM for a 9 PM drop off time, leaving me with no way to call anyone else as all places who deliver close at 10 PM on Sundays. Never mind the fact that they had already charged my credit card and so a refund could not be processed for a week. I was offered zero explanation, no one could explain to me why they didnt simply call me earlier so I could make other plans. I was also offered zero to make up for all of this.

I ordered at 9:00. Just chicken Alfredo and the red sauce meaty alfredo. It came at 10:20 after saying it would be there at 9:35. The driver called and asked for directions, but got really loud with me when I tried giving directions. Finally arrives and there is only 5 breadsticks. Each order comes with 5, but they only brought 5. I was supposed to get 10. I called pizza Hut and Idk who was on the phone but he got a huge attitude. He sounded like he was dozing off too, he barely understood anything I said. Never again.... l

I love Pizza Hut but I always have complications with this location they always end up messing up my order somehow. They need to get it together. I ordered delivery they forgot some of my order as they say they will drive back to go get it . 20 min goes by and they still dont come back not until I call the store and they say the driver hasnt been back yet ??? I end up canceling my half of order that was forgotten and just got a refund...

I will never, ever order from this Pizza Hut again. Both times I ordered pizza it was cold, came without the crust flavoring and there was barely any sauce on it. Upon calling I was told to microwave the pizza. That is simply not acceptable. Spent a good 15 dollars on the pizza and ended up throwing it out because I was told that it would take about two hours to have the replacement delivered. Poor customer skills.

Always great pizza but always the worst employees. I picked up my pizza and heard the employees talking bad about the customer previously in front of me. It was rude and disrespectful. It was an old man probably getting himself dinner and the girl behind the counter said I hate people like that! Not sure what happened but she acted like I wasnt a customer and spoke freely. Very rude people.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, but I am always pleased by the extra effort they give here to be overly polite and welcoming here. I wouldnt normally give a chain Pizza place more than 4 stars, but the staff here bump this one up to a 5. Plus they are a Wing Street location, but I have never had their wings, so cant comment more to that.

Worst delivery service ever. Over 2 hours for delivery because driver went to my neighbors house and never got a call about it. Then when my remade order was delivered it was missing items I had paid for. I was also given no discount or anything after such a screw up by them.

Worst service EVER!!!! I been waiting for my pizza to be delivered for 2 HOURS NOW!!!!! And my pizza still isnt here, I called to complain and I was on hold for 10mins and it sounded like someone picked up and said nothing, idk but its all a bunch of bull!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday ordered pizza and came without crust flavoring and I also ordered Diet Pepsi and Mist Twist and the driver came with Pepsi and Mist Twist and when I requested a menu to be brought I did not recieve a menu at all. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL!

This place repeatedly puts you on hold and forgets about you, 15 mins on hold and I hang up and order someplace else. All while listening to pizza huts recording about how great the "hold" technology is.
