Showed up today with 8 people around 11:30am. When we told the waitress how many in our party she seemed annoyed. We were sat in the back of the restaurant with another larger party. We ordered our drinks and when the waitress returned she was one coffee short and immediately scoffed that one of us must have changed our minds. As we went to order our food I ordered the creme brulee french toast. The waitress again made a rude comment and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about and I didnt actually want that. *side note Im a chef* After the shock of being told I didnt want what I ordered I ended up ordering something else. The food came out and everyone seemed pleased with their food. So the low review isnt because of the food, just the poor service. After being in the food service industry for over 10 years I know theres a certain way to conduct yourself in front of guests. This waitress did so very poorly. I have been to the other location in New Milford and was way happier with everything. My suggestion, drive the extra 20 minutes to their other location.

We stopped here because we had an hour or so to burn. It was a very disappointing experience. The cashier told us to seat ourselves at any booth so we did. After a somewhat long wait, our waitress came over and asked us if we were ready to order. We told her that we needed menus and silverware. She asked us if we had seated ourselves. We told her that the cashier had told us to sit anywhere and asked her the reason for the question. She said she was wondering why we had no menus or silverware. Apparently the cashier should have told her that we were seated and needed menus. I didnt think much of this, but began to see a pattern when two other waitresses started yelling at each other over who should be serving the people at the table next to us. Apparently some management problems there. They had a nice "Benedict" menu with many varieties of eggs Benedict. My wife said hers was very tasty. I had a Reuben and the corned beef was tasteless. It is very hard to mess up a Reuben but they managed to do so. Later on we both had diarrhea.

Was there with my girlfriend and had a horrible experience. She called it because she has had the waitress before. Instead of informing us that they dont make chocolate chip pancakes (which was weird) she brought us out pancakes with chocolate chips in a separate bowl.. So we politely declined the pancakes and instead wanted blueberry pancakes (we were already waiting a good while for service). At the end of our meal the cashier refused to accept a discount card that I had purchased as part of a fundraiser for the Danbury football team. I had used this card the day before and didnt realize why it was such a problem seeing as their name was on the card. After the matter the waitress decided to make inappropriate remarks to my girlfriend and I and after asking the man at the register for his name he declined and kept telling me to call the number on the menu if I had a problem. As a customer and a local resident Ive never had an experience like this one it was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this place at all

On break from plowing during the last snowstorm. Very limited as to what was open. I had a Gyro and a bowl of Chili around 6-7pm and by 8:30pm I was starting to get the sweats and was almost borderline hallucinating... by 10:00pm I was Vomiting Violently for about 10min. & started Immediately fealing better. It was the only meal that I had all day so I have to contibute it to Food Poisoning. I can honestly say I have never had that before & have a relatively Iron Stomach sooo needless to say I will Not be returning anytime soon.

Food is fine - not great, definitely not consistent. It was great in a pinch, but Im done now. This is the second time I have caught them charging our credit card for an amount higher than the receipt we signed. Seriously? We live within walking distance and often well take the short walk to pick up two egg sandwiches. I think Ill go back to cooking our own, not worth the disrespect.

Didnt have food from there menu kept trying to get me to substitute things that were not in it . Needs a better manager that can buy food supplies that can accommodate there crowd . Losey manager staff run around with heads cut off . Piss poor management I do not recommend this restaurant the lure of Batman is the only thing that brings in guest.

Three Brothers has been in my neighborhood forever. If you go there youll understand why. The food is incredible its all homemade fresh from scratch. I go with my family every sunday for brunch. Its just great food that you can get anytime of day. Nothing beats their chicken soup on a cold day.

Typical dinner. Egg dishes and pancakes. Also french toast options. They use good eggs for their dishes and have the options to add other items to your pancakes. I got pecan pancakes and they did them the way I like with the nuts added to the pancake mix before they are cooked.

We were visiting Danbury a few weeks ago and we almost went to Dennys, but thankfully we found this place on Google Maps! Great experience. We enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Our waitress and the manager were both very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

This is my favorite diner in Danbury. Whenever a friend or family member comes to visit I always take them here. There is a wide range of food to choose from, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and the restaurant is always very clean and well kept.

Sat at the counter. Service was quick, polite and efficient. Had a Californian Omelette the tasted pretty good. Nothing outstanding but good, to me worth the money I paid for it. If Im around here in the future Id eat here again.

The food and atmosphere are very good. The servers are courteous, friendly and "On the ball". Very much enjoyed visit as did all of the others in our party. Would definitely recommend 3 Brothers Diner. :-)

The food and service was pretty good. Reasonable prices. The place is comfortable and modern. They had pictures on the wall posted for sale...$225 a piece...seemed crazy for a picture just printed on canvas.

Worst food of my life. Ordered cheese fries and they gave me one whole slice of cheese and my Philly cheesesteak had a delicious hair right on top of it. Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT eat here

Been coming here for a while. Love the retro remodel. Out favorite is the banana pecan pancakes. Their sausage is roasted perfect. Havent had a bad time ever. Highly recommended
