Worst customer service out of all the Publix I have been to. What Im about to explain all occurred in one day. First, I called the deli to place my sandwich order for lunch. When I stopped to pick up my sandwich, the lady at the deli was just plain rude. Second, I stopped in the seafood section to order some sushi and the guy making the sushi just looked at me like he did not know what I wanted to order. So finally he told me it will be about 5 minutes to make everything. As I waited, I was looking at the different choices of salmon. I asked the guy who worked in that department, which one he recommended and was just rude. He said "I dont know, you should get which ever one you like". Im like how am I supposed to choose if I dont know about the different kinds. Finally as Im checking out, the cashier was just rude as well. She looked like she didnt even want to be there and did not even greet me. Any who, I will never go back to this Publix again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any supermarket, as funny as it sounds.

My ONLY complaint ( as I have shopped at Publix stores throughout Pinellas County for several decades)...... I am a disabled woman now and had my cane. I brought my purchased Publix bags with me. I felt that the young lady bagging my stuff was in a rush. I was asked if I wanted my items bag light, medium or heavy. I picked medium. I noticed her rushing and lifted one. Might have been a medium lift to her, way to heavy for me. Prefer my eggs ,fruits and bread in one bag to prevent breakage and bruising. I ended up doing that myself. Perhaps I talked too softly or was not clear..... perhaps she didnt listen or understand me. My ride was waiting for me therefore I did not note the young womans name. She was trying however........ My cashier was Raven who was very patient and polite. The date 7/22. The time 14:23:46. This experience will not prevent me from coming back. Thanks

I have used this store for 3 years....today I walked out without a purchase! I love dogs, but not in my grocery basket. And no...These were not service dogs. When I approached a manager about the lady with two dogs in her basket...He just shrugged his shoulders and said it isnt right but nothing I can do about it! I can do something ...I will be switching grocery stores!

This is an extremely popular Publix Super Market. Always extremely clean with no clutter. The Meat, Seafood, Deli & Bakery departments have great service and products. I especially love the Seafood dept as they have great tasting FRESH Tilapia (from South America) which comes into the store SIX-times a week (except Tuesday).

I love Publix but this is far from my favorite Publix both of the Publix is in this particular area tend to be missing stuff and the staff seems to be not as attentive as other ones that Ive been to before. Still its a Publix and so its going to get a high rating because well its a Publix

Its location is on 580 Granada plaza near to downtown Dunedin Fl. Parking is easy in and out! Great bakery, Deli, big produce Dept. Friendly staff! My opinion Publix has the best pharmacy Ive ever used! Publix my favorite grocery store!!

I moved to dunedin and absolutely love this supermarket, always fresh produce and friendly staff, I love the deli, bored head everything. If you have any special cut request for fish or beef theyve been able to fill my cooking requests.

Frequent shopper here. Staff is alway helpful and friendly, managers as well. Never had a bad experience. Special shout out to Spencer in seafood for helping me out with things that couldnt be redily found. You guys are great!

Publix has what youre looking for. It is also clean and the employees are a delight. Shout out to Jay who was serving bacon wrapped ham near the bakery, super nice and super funny and very friendly. Will be back.
