My kid gets this email about 40th anniversary free cookie cake for first 40 in line and 40 cent cookies all day. Well the Southlake Mall location in Morrow ga is not participating even though they are listed as location when look for locations. Totally unacceptable to advertise something that none of the franchises are participating in. Tanger location is the same. Total disappointment to my kid and we will never eat your cookies again. Absolutely false advertisement regardless of disclaimer for participating franchises. Total garbage and you did nothing but piss off good customers.

The cookies were just okay, but Im more concerned at how the manager was talking to the associates in front of the customer. He belittled them and insulted them like they were nothing! You could tell that they were embarrassed and some even looked like they were afraid of him! One new girl was moving too slow for him when she was filling the icing bags that he compared her to his four year old child. A grown man picking on a child should be ashamed of himself. I feel sorry for those young people...

They charged 4.00 for ballons! That should come with the cake! They said that BALLOONS IS A PICTURE! REALLY? I I PURCHASED A FULL SHEET CAKE, THE BALLOONS SHOULD BE A GIVEN! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT MATTER THESE DAYS. EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE MONEY I GUESS!

The employees were nice and very respectable. The manager on duty his name was Dee and he was a nice young man with excellent customer service. And you can just tell that the cookies were fresh and they were very soft.
