Ordered the pizza at 6:56 p.m. on Valentines Day along with well done fries and was told the order will be ready in 15 minutes. Show up at 7:25 to pick it up its not ready yet. 7:35p.m., 39 minutes after ordering , pizza ready no fries. Guy at the counter says the girl forgot. Says itll be 15 minutes. Already had to wait way longer than anticipated couldnt wait any longer. Totally unacceptable and understaffed especially on a night when you know youll be busy. While there they almost gave the wrong food to the wrong people twice for pickup. The food there is good when you can get it.

The quality of the pizza is inconsistent and typically when I call to order food, I have to deal with some snotty teenaged girl who requires me to give my order 3 times before she gets it right. The quality of service has been on a steady decline. They may have completely lost my business largely due to the way Ive been treated by the employees. This has only been as of the past 2 months. So, perhaps they have a few new employees. Still, not a justification for poor customer service. Im paying you to provide me with a service, not to be spoken to with disrespect.

maaan its the best pizza place in the world lol .... its the only place know I can get a whole entire pie with a different kind for every slice ... the service is great always clean super friendly staff i go about 3-4 times a week if you live in clifton nj or in the area you have to stop by I recommend the world lol

Absolutely love this place. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken and chicken bacon ranch pizza. Only down fall are the prices. Its a little more costly compared to other places. But its definitely worth the price !!

Great pizza.. one of the best spots in the area. The pizza is consistently good and the service has always been good each time Ive gone. Theres no minimum for card use, which is a plus for me since I rarely carry cash! Lol

Awesome!!! they are one of the best pizzerias in the area if your in the Allwood Road area stop and grab a slice. New remodeled. lots of choices in pizza .. great friendly staff One of my favorite spots for hot pizza

GOing down hill pizza use to be very good.But not any more. Seems to now be a total new product. Mussel sauce use to be next to the best,but now its not worth eating. Did they change owners again?.sorry I wont go back

The pizza here is by far the best pizza in Clifton. I would say if you wanted a sub sandwich or any other italian food, maybe you should venture elsewhere though. The Bella slice is one of my favorites.

I love this place. I just call ahead, let them know that I will be eating there, order my lunch, by the time I arrived my lunch is waiting for me at my favorite table. Never disappointed. Love it.
