Lets start off with: I live in the area so I come here a lot - by a lot, i mean at least anywhere between 2 to 6 times a month, either with family or friends. My experience varies every time i come here. There have been times i get the same waiter/waitress. Some have been attentive while others arent. Some look like theyre in a rush all the time and dont always take the time to listen to what youre ordering or trying to tell them. There are times when my orders are wrong - but its usually not by much. There was only once where the steak was under cooked and once it was done too well. By the time they bring back the steak, i had finish the rest of my food. In comparison to other chain restaurants such as TGIFridays, the price is reasonable. They have recently added other menu prices and items, as well as 3 course meal items that are a lot friendlier to the wallet. The only thing thats somewhat annoying is its very loud music and when someone has a birthday. Its very hard to try to carry a conversation. It doesnt matter the day, the music isnt great for restaurant food. the only time its not as loud is during lunch time. My experience with the managers has always been cordial. If there was an error, they always try to fix it. Overall, the experience wasnt bad except for one, but i wasnt there to witness it. I had already left when the event took place. I went back to speak to the manager about it. she agreed the situation shouldnt have occurred and yet, i still see that same waitress in there. If she ever to serve me, i would have to refuse her and ask for someone else. by the way - there needs to be HALF stars. i feel this one deserves a 2.5. Ive landed on 2 only because it doesnt deserve a 3.

I have lived near this place from the very time it opened up and have only visited a dozen or so times. Everytime Ive been disappointed. Sometimes you get seated and they never take your order (seriously, weve had to get up and hunt a server down after 45 mins at least twice on what wouldnt be considered a busy night- just for drinks), on a few occassions theyve run out of drinks/dishes and solved it by simply ignoring the missed order- I prefer to know if I have to change my order in the very least right after everyone else has received their order at the table rather than 20-30 minutes later. Im generally a patient person, stuff happens, but in the 13 or so years theyve been open (which for many chains is plenty time to have a significant staff turnover) Ive not once enjoyed myself. Whenever people visit me and ask why I choose to go a farther location than the one just 5 minutes from my house, they never believe me until they experience the disorder for themselves.

The place is located in a great are because its close, however the time to be seated is too long . THE STAFF IS DAMN RETARED, Theres a FAT GORILLA LOOKING manager who dont know nothing about customer service. My family and i went there after my sisters graduation and had waited over 2 hours to be seated, then when it came time to order everyone got their food but me and my mother. My mother had to get another waiter and then bout time we got our food, my family was done eating ! i was furious because we didnt get to enjoy our food with our family. if WE WANTED TAKE OUT WE WOULDVE ASKED AND WOULD HAVE NEVER SEATED . I tried to explain to the gorilla looking manager the problem but she acted like she was SO BUSY. The worse part was she took 6 dollars off a $65.00 dollar bill ?! for food that i did not eat ? IF YOU GO HERE be aware of MIGHT JOE YOUNG the manager, she dont needs to go back to training

Sat at the bar mid day. a good friend of mine took me there for burger and fries. barmen was funny and provided good service. the place was clean, lots of TVs and clean, waitresses wore smiles and were helpful. I ordered an appetizer (onion soup) one of my favorites, the picture on the menu was inviting however when I received the soup it was a huge disappointment, it didnt look anything like the photo (I included my own photo. soup had 2 pieces of tasteless bread, no cheese and barely any onions at all (come on). I only ate only a small portion before I put a napkin over it (RIP). burger and fries came out and looked presentable and I did enjoy the meal, beers were tall and cold. customers had smiles and looked pleased. overall a good time. left a good tip and let the bartender know the onion soup was horrendous, he apologized and we were out.

Went on fathers day with my son, daughter and grand children, was seated and waited 25 minutes before I stopped a waiter to ask about my waiter/waitress. When he finally got her to notice us, she took our order and when the appetizer arrived, they came without playes and napkins...I got my medium butgar fine but my daughters pasta plate had been sitting for awhile, my grandson and my son didnt get their food..My sons cheesebugar was suppose to be medium rare but was well, we had to find the waitress to get our check and we gave her over $8.00 and she NEVER gave us our change...This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a restaurant and will never eat there again!!!

This place is a complete dump. We entered the bar area on a Monday night and five of six tables were empty and dirty, as in: dirty dishes, not cleaned up at all. Had to sit at the bar, because no clean table available. Bar was smeared dirty and sticky. The entire place looks grimy and the mens bathroom was disgusting, dirt in the corner, TP and paper towel scraps all over the place. Worst of all, I got violently sick from food poisoning that night (beer, chicken strips and fries, nothing exotic!!) and this was the only food I had since a home-made sandwich lunch. I recommend to stay away from this place and let it shut down. Only better can come out of that.

The fact that me and my pregnant sister sat at the bar and this food was next to us for the whole entire time we were there until we call the manager Kevin to come help Connor our bartender to take it out was uncalled for and Im back here again because the pasta and the chef is very good other than that they need new staff for waiting corporate needs to come in here and do a little sit-down today we seen an employee walkout throw the chair and be upset because they cut her hours down they should have gave her more hours because this place is slow and the service is horrible and our new server jason hes just not intentive

This place is horrible!!! Closest Fridays to me so I go there. My last two experiences were the worst I have ever experienced out to eat. Last time I went there for my daughters birthday (she love hearing the waiters sing) so I thought she would like it!! I asked the waiter for the birthday song he said he has choice to do n he doesnt like to sing!! So he would js give her the free ice cream. I asked if he can get co workers to sing he said no. So I left him exactly 0% tip. Not the first time, the food is ok nothing special but their staff is unprofessional and careless.
