While visiting the store with my husband this past Saturday The most disturbing interaction took place with the General Manager, Mary Marks. My husband and I were looking over the pastries that were in the case and she was there and was the only person behind the counter and our first line of customer service. She stood there and said nothing but walked away without acknowledging our presence after we all 3 were there for at least 2-3 min. How does the GM have such poor customer service and lead a team. After she walked away without saying a word a gentleman by the name of Max walked out and I asked if she was the GM and he responded yes. I asked is it customary the GMs dont speak to customer? I then continued to ask is it because she doesnt like black people? I lastly asked is this the reason why there were no black people on staff? We were going to still buy something using our legal tendered money but decided to go where our business was greatly appreciated. And to think I actually like Panera, but this one can save the smug environment for others. POOR POOR POOR LEADERSHIP, MARY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR SUBMITTING GOOD CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES TO YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I give all the panera breads in the area 5 stars, except for the one by Parma town mall. The first time going there for the grand opening the lady did not tell me about the gift card they were giving out to people who bought a pick 2. Instead she told me after I payed for my food. The second time I got 3 cinnamon crunch bagels with 3 honey nut cream cheses, After arriving home I look in the bag and realzie theres only 1 cream cheese. The 3rd time going there I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes when there was only one car in front of me. My 4th time and last time going there the lady did not cut and toast my 3 cinnamon crunch bagels like I asked. I was excited that there was a new panera bread opening up 5 minutes from my house, now Id rather go 15 minutes out of my way to the one on independence instead.

I went in there this morning, the mens room was absolutely filthy for starters. It took them about 25 minutes to make 2 egg sandwiches, there was only 2 other customers in the store and 2 in the drive thru. To top it off the coffee dispensers looked like they hasnt been cleaned EVER! And the one I was using was broken and rigged, at least it still worked. Worst Panera Ive ever been in personally.

Not vegetarian friendly, but rather vegetarian HOSTILE. Our order #205485 was a specialty salad minus the chicken. Full price. Substitutions? Nope, and dont ask. The cashier couldnt hide the look of annoyance on her face/tone of voice and it was fairly embarrassing with other customers behind us. A dirty look and a "no" are no way to run a business, at least PRETEND to "see what you can do".

Absolutely horrible management the GM Mary will unfairly discriminate against you! very disrespectful and rude, i feel sorry for the employees that work there.. Very poor customer service and the bathrooms are disgusting. I will gladly go 5-10 minutes out of my way to avoid this location and Marys high horse attitude at all costs.

The sausage breakfast sandwich was $5 and it was small and mostly bread with nothing on it...McDonalds makes a better breakfast sandwich and thats just sad. I ordered oatmeal and didnt check the bag and she gave me the wrong oatmeal and to add insult to injury didnt put a spoon in the bag.

I usually go there during AM hours, I like overall ambiance of this place. Staff is better then other Panera locations around this area. At the beginning they had some struggles but then they picked up very well. Karleen is a star on the front-end register.

Live Panera, but this location always seems to run out of certain food. I understand they want freshness to count so end-of-day items may run out, but late morning into early afternoon (lunch time window) they shouldnt have this problem.

I kinda hate Panera bread. Everything there is over priced. Pretencious patrons. But I also know that Panera bread donates a lot to the community and employees many people which is also good for local economy. Keep up the good work

Good food. The menu on the board does not include ingredients. So you need to ask the cashier what the ingredients for the different salads are. But friendly staff was happy to do so.

It was nice. Clean with the consistent ambiance you expect from Panera. The floorplan is not as open and feels a little cramped on entrance. After that, its Panera.
