My wife and I visited before a show at the Count Basie, and were pleasantly surprised. The decor was upscale, but the food was reasonably priced. The rock shrimp tempura was tasty and spicy, though the breading could have been crispier. The hibachi salmon, and hibachi steak & shrimp were both excellent! This place seems new, and may look like your generic neighborhood Japanese restaurant, but its definitely a few steps above. Well be visiting again the next time were in Red Bank.

we order delivery from here all the time. The service is good. We find the portions can sometimes be smaller than other Sushi places One other issue is they give you packets of Soy sauce and its usually not even close to enough to go with your order. Even when we ask for extra, we get the same amount. Overall we give it a 4 out of 5 stars. If they added more soy sauce and had slightly bigger portions we would easily rate it 5 stars.

My wife and I walked in for lunch and one look at the decor had me thinking "oh god...what am I about to spend??" But the excellent upscale decor belied the down to earth prices. Everything we ate (toki roll, crazy roll, and three other rolls off the lunch special list) was fresh and delicious. Great date spot or even just to breeze through for lunch. They also have a sushi bar you can eat and and watch the chefs prepare the sushi.

I discovered Toki Japanese restaurant a couple of years ago and i loved coming here ever since!!! The quality and standard of food never dropped !! Excellent sushi and excellent service!!! Amazing roll is my favorite and its a must!!

I have been to Many local sushi restaurants, from Woodbridge to LongBranch and everything in between. Toki is by far my favorite for its quality, service, price and consistency. Their sushi is out of this world. BYOB

This place is comfy an clean and the food is fresh and really tasty. The service was A+++ and very welcoming! My boyfriend an I will most definitely be back on our next visit to Red Bank ^_^

Did not like the miso soup , the ginger dressing was overpowering, and the hibachi chicken had not hibachi in it. And no refills

DO NOT EAT HERE. I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE SHRIMP IN THE FIRECRACKER ROLL. IT WAS DISGUSTING.
