Lets see..my guests and I waited for one and one half hour for am all meat marvel and when the tweeking girl showed up I got two pizzas a medium and a small and they were both pepperoni and nothing else...took them to feed everyone and figured Id make a complaint.Next day I sent an email about it and got blown off... Bad bad bad...you owe me one all meat marvel before I will ever eat your food again..Im Charles Engebretson...I live at 1834 Allard # 5..here in eureka...I want an all meat marvel extra large..

I was told half off mondays were discontinued but the coupon say 7/31 is expiration date. Just wondering if it is my 248 area code they don’t trust………? The first time I ordered on monday i was told 45mins, arrived at proper time and still waited 20 mins. I don’t believe it was in the oven before i arrived. No they did not appear to be busy, restaurant was totally empty. Not many pickups Phone not ringing a lot. I hate to say it but they are not all that. Will not order from round table again.

My credit card was billed twice for a pizza delivery. The first charge for the the amount of the order, delivery charge and tax $114.40 and a second charge for the amount of order, delivery charge, tax and tip $124.40... $238.80! I called in to get it resolved and the Megan could not help and said that a manager will call me back. Waiting.... I am wondering how many other people that have had pizza delivery and were charged twice but are unaware?

This round table location is so hit and miss. Very inconsistent quality and service. We usually get it delivered because the store is dirty and service is slow. Delivery takes at least 20 plus min longer they say online and most of the time the food is cold and undercooked. I just wish they would get it together because round table has a good product, its just this location isnt the best!

All reviews are pretty accurate. Amazing to me they have the slowest delivery in town for years. Is it poor lower mgmt or is it VPs saying do more with less? Dunno but the employees making pizzas always look harried and theres usually a bunch of others standing around looking confused. Toppings do tend to be sparce as well compared to local fave Babes.

Went for lunch buffet. Horrible! Asked for a thin crust pizza and they said "possibly" . They didnt add any pizzas at all during the time that we were there. And the cinnamon rolls were gone and not replenished. We were there just after 1, so they still had an hour to go for the buffet. And the dirty dishes were piled right next to the clean ones.

I give you guys four stars because your ingredients really are real and in this area you really do have a good pizza. Having said that you need to do better on customer service. It doesnt help when youre rotating through people faster than people are ordering pizzas. You have consistency in pizzas now you need to have consistency in employees.

The employees are friendly :) The pizza was okay. The bottom was soggy and I didnt really like the taste of the sauce. I dont like the companys policy of no substitutions. We got a supreme pizza without meat, but it was the same price. At least give us a free garlic twist or something. Also, the credit card machine wasnt working.

ordered a large italian artisan at 5:30 pm i didnt get the pizza till 7:10 pm, they said it would be about 45min ! really? the flyer i looked at showed a nice pizza, lots of meat, well the one i got had about half as much meat and a butt load of cheese and all for 23.00 round table you disippoint me.

I have eaten in there once. When I did it was clean and food was good. Ive now just had delivery tonight. I ordered online, that was easy and they delivered at a decent time. Every staff member I have talked to was pleasant and just seem like real honest, good workers. Thanks! :)

This place is garbage. If you enjoy disgusting pizza then this place is for you. I did a online order and it said it was ready for pick up. 1hr and 20 min later it was ready. This place is ran by incompetent children. The only good thing is I got my money back!

The food is usually really good, but theyre always a half hour or more late. I even ordered ahead for a timed delivery twice and they were still a half hour late. This is my third time and theyre an hour late. Will not order for delivery again.

Food was good and pretty fast customer service was better than it has been in the past. However the tables were not being maintained many of them needed wiped down and still had cup on them 15-20 minutes after customers left.

good pizza. excellent salad bar. polite employees. it is a family restraunt where kids and their birthday partys are welcome. if you dont like the family environment, you might want to go to dominos and go home.

Spent 40 dollars on pizza and they want to charge a dollar for one ranch. If the fat girl working the register hates her life that much she should look for a new job. The pizza sucked by the way.
