Green chili was excellent, red chili wasnt what Im used to eating on the rare occasion I get some. Service wasnt bad. Was ten minutes before they took drink order and another 15 to get food order. Served food and had to ask for silverware. Usually no big deal but the waitress should have got our silverware before seating a large group and then taking their drink order. This was the worst Ive left in 15 years! food is good enough for another try as long as there is another waitress.

We chose this place based on reviews. We were not disappointed. I had chicken mole enchiladas on the recommendation of the server. It was very good. The chicken was all breast meat which is rare. My husband had 2 beef enchiladas and a beef taco. He said his was excellent and he doesnt say that often. The service was excellent also. Very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend El Alamos.

Ate a steak burrito with hot green chili and avocado. My wife had bean burrito smothered with mild chili. Both chili were excellent; you could taste the difference between the Anaheim chilis in the mild and the pueblo chili in the hot; really, really good. Used to go to the Millstop or Jorge s. This is better than both! My new favorite Mexican restaurant in Pueblo.

We just ate here and it was amazing! We decided to try something in pueblo we never had before and found this place rated 5 stars. So we took a plunge and came to eat here. Its very nice inside. The waiter was very friendly. The food was outstanding and their queso was superb. Definitely will be eating here again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have been here several times. I cant believe that this place isnt packed! This is a hidden gem! The food is some of the best in town. I have tried several menu items and liked them all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys quality Mexican food.

Great experience here! The waiter (I suspect he was the owner) was perfectly attentive, bring refills just as we needed them. Extremely friendly. The service was fast and the food was great. We now have a place in Pueblo for Mexican food.

Closet to real Mexican food in pueblo. The menudo is gooooood. If youre here from Texas or Arizona the food is similar to that region. They actually have red Chile.
